parts will do wonders for the ride/handling. This package covers all of the bushings in the rear suspension – it’s everything in one box! Buy as a package and save $$.
Package includes:
rear subframe mounts (stock M3 bushings - upgrade for non-M cars)
rear trailing arm bushings
with TMS
limiters
inner
camber arm bushings
Outer
camber arm bushings
inner
upper spring arm bushings
Outer
upper spring arm bushings
differential
mounts (TMS solid type, safe for street use)
rear shock mounts
with TMS reinforcments
Wherever possible we upgraded each of these bushings to provide better handling or make them last longer. These bushings are all designed for street use but most of
them are upgrades of the original bushings. We also sell solid Delrin or aluminum bushings but they should only be used for track cars and only as a kit with other solid mounts. Individual items available of course, click
here.
We also sell replacement front control arms and bushings. These should not be overlooked!

3-series Rear Suspension Mount Package - Solid Race Bushings - E36/E36 M3
(more info) Rear Suspension Mounts With No Flex or Deflection for Improved Handling, Response, and Long Life
Building a track-only or racecar means swapping out the flexible rubber bushings and mounts for non-distorting solid pieces. The stock rubber bushings have serious drawbacks when used hard on the racetrack - they wear out quickly, and the flexible material allows extreme changes in alignment. Switching to solid bushings will eliminate the deflection and flex, keeping the suspension motions in their intended alignment and providing more feedback to the driver. On the E36, solid bushings can help prevent rear subframe failure as the sheetmetal chassis will no longer flex along with the rubber mount. Depending on the bushing's intended purpose, the material we use is either aluminum or Delrin. Delrin is a dense plastic material that has almost zero deflection and long life. It's self-lubricating so it won't ever need grease or lube. All of our bushings are designed by our in-house R&D engineers and tested on our various racing cars, with many used in professional racing series around the world.
If you're building a car for a racing class, the parts and materials you can change to are specified in the rules. Consult your rulebook or tech steward for any clarification. As these bushings have no play or deflection in them, they are not intended for street-focused cars - they do not absorb impacts and vibration like rubber will.
We offer bushings for the following suspension points -
subframe mounts x 4 (aluminum)
inner-upper control arm bushings x 2 (aluminum with bearing)
differential mounts x 3 (1 Delrin, 2 aluminum)
outer upper/lower control arm bushings x 4 (OE-spec replacements) (steel with bearing)
trailing arm bushings (RTABs) x 2 (aluminum with bearing or Delrin)
suggested: front control arm bushings (FCABs) (Delrin)
suggested: rear shock mounts (RSMs) x 2 (aluminum with bearing)
Notes
Note 1: there is also a inner-lower camber arm bushing. We never developed a solid bushing for this point because every racing class allows adjustable camber arms to be used in this location and we offer those with solid inner bushings.
Note 2: some racing classes require a non-bearing bushing for the rear trailing arm bushings. In cases like this, we use a Delrin bushing.
Note 3: the outer upper and lower bushings are already a monoball-style bearing from the factory on all M3 models. They are a great design and last a long time. We offer them as direct replacements or as upgrades for the non-M3 models.

3-series Strut/Shock Mount Kit - E36 M3 95
(more info) This strut and shock mount package covers the front and rear rubber mounts and bushings commonly replaced during a strut and shock install. While you're installing new front struts and rear shocks these are easily installed - there's no additional labor and special tools are not required. Since these pieces are mostly rubber, they dry up and crack over time. Re-using them lead to problems with fitment or noise, and may have safety issues as well. These mounts and pads are the perfect complement to your new shocks to help restore your car's handling and performance.
We sell the basic strut and shock mount package, which includes:
Front strut mounts (also known as guide support)
Front strut reinforcement plates (to prevent cracking and deforming of the front strut towers)
Front and rear self-locking mounting nuts
Rear Lifetime Warranty 'Repair Shop' shock mounts
Rear shock mount reinforcements (to prevent cracking of shock towers)
Rear shock mount gaskets
In addition, you can add the front spring pads, front bump stops, front dust boots, rear bump stops, and rear dust boots if needed. But please note that some shocks and coil overs come with all or some of these pieces already. If in doubt, check with your supplier on what is included.
We offer three varieties of the rear shock mounts - OEM, Repair Shop, and HP alum-rubber. We recommend either the Repair Shop or HP mounts because the stock OEM design has a flaw that can lead to premature failure of the mounts. The Repair Shop and HP mounts use a different design that will last longer and the Repair Shop mounts also have a lifetime warranty!

Front Control Arm Bushings (FCAB) - Centered Delrin Race - E30, E36, Z3 (Pair)
(more info)
Rubber control arm bushings are designed to flex and absorb energy. That’s fine on a streetcar but on an all-out racing machine you want your alignment to stay constant. We have picked Delrin for this application due to its high rigidity and low coefficient of friction allowing for minimal suspension bushing deflection (geometry change) but decreasing bushing windup or drag (friction). They are not recommended for street-use but highly-recommended for track cars. They will work on all E30, E36, and Z3 models.
For convenience, we carry spare bushing carrier brackets (part# TSU9995PB3, see illustation above) and can pre-install your bushings into the carriers, if you choose. This will save you from needing specialty tools (including a hydraulic press, drills, and taps) and will allow you (or your mechanic) to perform the install much quicker. If you'd like to purchase the carriers, be sure to select that option with the drop-down menu below.

Front Control Arm Bushings (FCAB) - Centered Rubber - E30, E36, Z3 (Pair)
(more info) Anytime that you replace your front control arms you must replace your control arm bushings. The reason is because it’s hard to tell if you’re bushings are really bad and they are often destroyed when removed. These bushings have the hole in the center.
These bushings are a great upgrade for any E30 - 318/325, E36 - 325/323/328, Z3 -1.9, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0
They have more rubber then the stock bushings. We have found the increased volume of rubber helps the bushings last longer. These bushings can actually help reduce vibrations produced by the mass of larger wheels or brakes.
For convenience, we carry spare bushing carrier brackets (part# TSU9995PB3, see illustation above) and can pre-install your bushings into the carriers, if you choose. This will save you from needing a hydraulic press and will allow you (or your mechanic) to perform the install much quicker. This is especially useful if you want to have a set of race or track spares, ready to go. If you'd like to purchase the carriers, be sure to select that option with the drop-down menu below (sorry, no returns accepted on pre-assembly labor fee, please).

Front Upper Strut/Shock Mount - Left or Right Side - E36 (not M3)
(more info) The strut mounts (or guide support) locate the front strut to the chassis of the car. They are a very durable rubber meant to absorb vibration and imapcts from bumps, potholes, etc. There is also a bearing inside that allows the strut shaft to turn independent of the rest of the suspension. Therefore, the front strut mount is a very critical piece on the E36 suspension. These mounts generally last 100,000 miles or more but it would be a good idea to change them with every strut replacement.
Price is per mount. Left and Right are the same part.

Rear Control Arm Upper Inner Bushing - Turner Race Monoball - E36/E46/X3/Z4
(more info)
TMS rear subframe bearings are designed to limit rear control arm movement relative to the subframe. The stock BMW subframe bushings are made out of rubber, which allows variance in suspension position due to deformation and compression. A race car needs to have all suspension points remain in place for proper setup. By using high grade aircraft aluminum alloy and high performance race bearings, the TMS bushing replacements are both lightweight and strong. The casing is designed so that if maximum motion occurs, the load will be evenly distributed throughout the casing. Our flanges are designed to spread the load on the subframe and limit movement. The bearing we use is an extra wide race bearing to distribute the load over a broader area. Each piece is anodized or nickel plated to withstand corrosion. These bushings are a perfect compliment to the TMS lower camber arms.

Rear Differential Mounts - Turner Solid - E36, E36 M3
(more info)
Changing out the stock rubber differential bushings for Delrin and aluminum will result in more feedback and better suspension performance. This kit will also help prevent the front diff bolt from loosening or shearing - a very common problem on E36 cars.
The Turner Motorsport solid diff bushings have spent years being tested in various racing series and have even been used extensively on street cars. These bushings are CNC machined from high-grade billet aluminum and Delrin and are a direct replacement for the stock rubber pieces. The rear two differential cover bushings are slotted to allow for BMW manufacturing tolerances. The kit includes 3 pieces: a Delrin front mount and 2 aluminum rear mounts. A new front diff bolt is recommended - add it from the drop-down box below.

Rear Outer Upper or Lower Trailing Arm Ball Joint - E36, E46, X3, Z4
(more info) This ball joint is used for the upper rear trailing arm bushing on ALL E36, E46, E83 X3, and E85 Z4 cars. BMW also used it as the lower bushing on most M cars. It makes a great upgrade on all non-M cars where BMW used a rubber bushing at the lower position.
This sealed ball joint is one of the best things about the rear suspension - it functions extremely well and lasts a long time. And it can be used as a replacement for the existing bushing without any further modification. The non-M cars used a solid rubber bushing for the lower arm (camber arm, wishbone) which does not last very long and relies on bushing deflection (twist) during suspension motions. The ball joint inside the upgraded design is much more effective during this suspension movements as it does not bind or deflect. And because it's sealed with rubber it will last a long time and remain quiet and maintenance free. Most customers report that after installing or "upgrading" to these bushings the rear end of their car felt much more stable.

Rear Shock Mounts (RSM) - HP Aluminum/Rubber - E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4 (Pair)
(more info)
These are the best rear shock mounts that we have found for the E30, E36, E46, Z3 & E85 Z4! Featuring CNC-machined billet aluminum mounting base with a replaceable urethane bushing (replacement bushings are just $15 and are changed in minutes!). These mounts are excellent for either street or track because of their low NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). Plus, the superior design will far outlast the life of stock mounts - maybe even the car itself. You'll never think twice about your shock mounts again! These shock mounts are a direct replacement of the stock mounts so they fit all shocks with the BMW-standard 10mm shock shaft, including all factory and OEM shocks (Boge, Sachs, etc), H&R coil overs, Bilstein shocks and PSS, PSS9, PSS10 coil overs (except the B16 Ride Control Kit). This is sold as a package with new shock mount gaskets, washers, and Nyloc nuts.

Rear Shock Mounts (RSM) - OEM Heavy-Duty - E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4 (Pair)
(more info) This is a BMW OEM shock mount, originally used on the E30 convertible models. Why E30? Because we have tried them all and the E30 cabrio mounts seem to hold up the best. However, all OEM rubber shock mounts will fail - it's just a matter of time. They'll even fail with a stock suspension but even quicker with modified suspensions. These E30 mounts are a little better than the originals. For even greater strength upgrade to the 'Repair Shop' or the aluminum mounts. Priced per pair. |

Rear Shock Mounts (RSM) - Turner Motorsport Race Monoball - E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4 (Pair)
(more info)
Want the Ultimate design in a rear shock tower mount? You've found it. These rear shock mounts are designed for use on the track and racing. This set of mounts will help your rear shocks perform the best they can in those conditions. The advantage to using a mount with spherical bearing is that it allows the shock to freely move off axis without side loading the shock shaft like rubber or polyurethane mounts do. Side loading a shock increases stiction and wear which decreases its efficiency. Because these are mounts without an isolator (rubber or polyurethane) to dampen road noise and vibrations we do not recommend them for street cars. These were designed in-house and developed for our own track and race cars.
These TMS bearing mounts include both 10mm and 12mm stainless steel bearing sleeves to work with a wide variety of shock shaft pins. The pin is the upper-most portion of the shock where it passes through the mount. If you need a bearing sleeve size other then 10mm or 12mm please contact us.
These rear shock tower mounts fit the following BMWs:
1984-1991 E30 3 series (all) incl. 318i, 318is, 325, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is

Rear Subframe Bushings/Mount Set - Turner Solid Race - E36, E36 M3
(more info)
TMS E36 solid sub-frame bushings are designed for track and racecars to remove twisting and flexing of the subframe where it mounts to the rear floor. This twisting is one of the causes of rear subframe/floor failure in E36 cars. We originally developed these for our SCCA SPEED World Challenge cars. A BMW’s subframe is the heart of the suspension. Because the subframe is mounted with rubber isolators, when the subframe moves, so does the rest of the suspension mounting points. As the rubber wears and becomes more pliable, the alignment and suspension settings move even more. Replace the stock rubber bushings to limit drivetrain and suspension movement and keep your car set up the way it’s supposed to be.
Our mounts are designed using a CAD program with further attention paid to making the mount as light as possible. We also notched the flanges to allow the use of the BMW factory removal tools. One front bushing is slotted to allow for compliance between manufacturing standards as BMW specifies. These bushings are CNC machined out of high grade billet aluminum.

Rear Subframe Bushings/Mounts - Aft/Rear Pair - E36 M3 (Upgrade for E36 non-M) (Pair)
(more info) On 1992-1999 E36 chassis 3 series, the subframe mounts are known to suffer failures, particularly after many miles and/or harsher driving conditions. When subframe bushings fail, it wreaks havoc with your BMW's suspension alignment and geometry.
There are four bushings/mounts connecting the subframe to the chassis. These are the aft (rear) pair of bushings (stock) for the 1995-1999 M3 (E36), but can also be used on all 1992-1999 3 series (E36 chassis) BMW's as an upgrade over the stock subframe mounts. **We highly recommend also getting the fore (front) pair of rear subframe bushings as well. These are available seperately (pn# 33319059301), or they can be combined with these (simply select that you also want the forward-most pair as well on the drop-down box below).
Looking for an upgrade on a non-M E36? The slightly firmer rubber is more durable than the stock non-M subframe mounts, and as such we highly recommend these bushings for all E36 chassis 318i, 318is, 325i, 325is, 323is, 328i, and 328is.
These mounts are sold as a pair, so two are included for this price. |

Rear Subframe-Diff Mount Set - Turner Solid Race - E36 318ti, Z3
(more info)
A BMW’s subframe is the heart of the rear suspension. The differential is part of the subframe, as it is a stress member system. When the subframe moves, so do all of the rear suspension mounting points. Replacing the stock rubber subframe bushings with solid aluminum will limit drivetrain and suspension movement and keep your car’s suspension geometry the way it’s supposed to be. The Delrin diff mount bushing is a near-solid mount that will last longer than the original rubber and does not 'wind up' under load/unload. This transfers more power through the axles to the wheels. The Turner Motorsport E36 318ti and Z3 solid subframe and differential mount bushing kit is a direct replacement for the stock BMW subframe mounts and differential bushing. We have incorporated ideas from our other race style solid bushings not only make these very light weight but also to be fully serviceable and removable in the case of subframe or diff cover replacement. This kit is a legal upgrade in many racing classes.
We also sell the Solid Differential mount and Subframe Mounts separately, for those that may already have one of the products or if you desire spares for fast installation. A common example is if you have two differentials with covers, and want to make fast gearing changes at the track.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (RTAB) - Delrin Race - E36, E46, Z4 (Pair)
(more info)
These Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (RTABs) are designed for specific racing classes where more solid or bearing-style bushings are not allowed. Delrin is a very hard plastic material with almost zero deflection and also lasts a lot longer than using any type of rubber or urethane bushing. Since there is less wasted motion with a solid bushing, the suspension can react faster and give you more feedback. The rear alignment stays in check during hard cornering, braking, and acceleration. You will corner faster and be able to get the power down earlier at corner exit with increased confidence.
Delrin is a near solid bushing that does not absorb or dampen vibration or impact harshness. Therefore, we only recommend these for track-spec cars or street cars and drivers with more tolerance for noise, vibration, and harshness.
These are a direct replacement for the factory bushings. Special installation tools are required but Delrin does not need long-term care or maintenance. Price is for the pair.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (RTAB) - Meyle HD Rubber - E36, E46, Z4 (Pair)
(more info) The rear trailing arm bushings (RTABs) control the toe alignment of the rear suspension. When they go bad, the rear traction suffers because the wheel's toe angle is moving excessively in and out during cornering. This can make the car feel nervous and 'tail happy' even during modest cornering speeds. As important as these bushings are, they only seem to last 40-50,000 miles on their own.
These German-made Meyle bushings are about 20% stiffer than the originals. The harder rubber allows less compliance which gives better feedback and crisper handling. All Meyle HD parts are warranted for 4 years. It's a performance upgrade with no downside.
Any RTAB would benefit from our Bushing Limiters. These spacer shims fit on either side of the bushing and limit excess rotation. It's this over-extending of the bushing that causes them to wear out so fast. The Limiters will prolong the life of the bushing and are an easy install when performing the bushing replacement.
Price is per pair of bushings.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (RTAB) - OEM Rubber - E36, E46, Z4 (Pair)
(more info) If you're experiencing a "loose" feeling when going around corners, these are the likely culprit. The rear bushings on these cars will wear out just like any other bushing. When this happens, the rear toe (the angle that the tire points in or out) will vary under load. These M3 bushings are more durable than the stock bushings and hold up better than the original bushings. These rear trailing arm bushings (often referred to as RTAB) are listed as the replacement to BMW part numbers 33322228153 and 33-32-2-228-153.
This is the most up to date version of this bushing. We recommend professional installation as these now require special tools for installation.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (RTAB) - Turner Monoball Race - E36, E46, Z4 (Pair)
(more info)
Our Monoball Rear Trailing Arm Bushings are the best solution for completely elimination deflection and unwanted toe changes on the rear of the E36, E46, and Z4. While rubber and urethane bushings flex during load, the toe can change widely giving you nervous and unpredictable handling. These RTABs have a solid aluminum housing with a high-quality race bearing. These bushings were developed over years of competition use in various racing and HPDE events. There is simply no better RTAB unless your racing class rules prohibit the use of mono or spherical bearings.
The rear trailing arm bushings take a lot of abuse from acclerating, braking and cornering. The stock rubber bushings are just not up to the task of keeping rear wheel alignment in spec for very long, especially if you have upgraded to stickier tires and a better suspension. The pliable rubber flexes and twists which slows down reaction time and leaves you with a car that feels nervous and 'tail happy'. Urethane helps to control the alignment but issues with fitment, maintenance, and longevity keep us from recommending urethane on anything but a street car. We also offer a Delrin RTAB for cars that must conform to certain racing class rules. These aluminum spherical bearings are the best at controlling rear toe alignment.
Our aluminum RTABs are very well made - high grade aluminum alloy and steel CNC'd out of a billet by an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, each component is either hardcoated or nickel plated. The bearing is extra wide to accept higher loads and is replacable for a nominal cost. While multiple manufacturer’s offer two piece designs, our research showed that a one piece bushing is a better design.
Because solid bushings transmit more noise, vibration, and harshness we do not recommend their use on any street car. These are sold for race or track-prepped cars only.
