The DICE iPod integration kit is a vehicle specific adaptor. This is a complete integration kit that includes everything needed to connect your iPod to your vehicles factory radio system: Plug and play harnesses, an adaptor module and an Apple, Inc. approved iPod docking cable. It connects through the CD-changer connection in the trunk of most BMW vehicles (BMW X3 its normally in the center console).
Features: line level audio output, smart browsing features from head unit/steering wheel controls (when available), displays song/artist/album/playlist on screen of radio (if CD text display compatible), charges all iPod models (12V/5V), fully tested and approved by Apple, Inc., supports text-display and SMART mode allowing for iPod control from radio and steering wheel controls. Unlike other iPod adaptors the DICE kit allows full control of your iPod, no need to limit yourself to only 5 playlists as on the factory BMW iPod adapter. Compatible with factory Navigation.
Optional Auxiliary Input Jack converts the 8 pin DIN connector to 1/8" (3.5mm) Jack for playing tunes through non-iPod devices (Zune, Android Phones etc), and much more!

The DICE Mediabridge is a Multimedia integration solution for your BMW! Connecting iPod, iPhone, USB flash drives, Bluetooth cellphones and AUX audio devices.
Works with the car's factory stereo to let you browse music by song, artist, album or playlist. Use your car's steering wheel controls, radio or the iPod the control the music. Song and artist titles are displayed directly on the radio's display.
Supports thumb drives, memory cards with USB memory card readers and other simple storage devices with USB connection. Also works with and charges USB capable cell phones. Folder names and songs appear right on the screen of your radio!(Some USB devices may need additional power source. Refer to device's documentation for details. Only FAT16 and FAT32 file systems supported. USB hard drives and password protected devices are not supported. USB hubs are not supported.
