StopTech Centric Premium - a stock-style rotor made to OE specs but with anti-corrosion coating on the hat and in the cooling vanes. These are a great replacement for the stock BMW rotors.
Original BMW replacements - the original equipment rotors as fitted to your US M3 from the factory. These are OE BMW parts, sourced from BMW.
StopTech-TMS cross-drilled - a Premium rotor enahanced by cross-drilling the vanes. The drilled holes help to clear gases from the brake pads and add visual appeal to your brakes. StopTech brake components are used on Turner's winning racecars.
StopTech-TMS slotted - a Premium rotor that has been slotted to allow gases from the brake pad to escape. Gases can build up between the rotor surface and some pads that causes a delay when you press the pedal. StopTech brake components are used on Turner's winning racecars.
Zimmerman 'Euro' Floating/Cross-Drilled - a true high-performance rotor designed for the rigors of the track or Autobahn highway. These rotors are a two-piece design, incorporating an aluminum hat with a separate friction disc. The two-piece design cools the rotor much better than a single cast iron disc. Cooler brakes mean better overall performance on the track. These rotors are also cross-drilled for gas dissipation and enhanced appearance.

Brake Pads
Axxis/PBR Metal Master brake pads come standard in this package. For 15 years we have recommended the Metal Master pads the most because of their strong stopping power and bite, low noise, low dust, and all-season performance. A complete brake package upgrade for the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 coupe and convertible. These are Original BMW brakes from the Euro M3 CSL and US M3 ZCP (Competition Package). Package includes: front and rear rotors, brake calipers, front mounting brackets, pad sensors, and hardware. Make a choice of your brake pads. These are all Original BMW or OEM parts!

When BMW introduced the exclusive M3 CSL in Europe, they equipped the car with larger rotors and special, glossy black calipers. The larger brakes improved overall brake performance on the track and fill out the 19" wheels nicely. BMW equipped the similar M3 Competition Package (ZCP) for the US market. This package is the real deal CSL/ZCP parts and covers both front and rear. A complete and factory brake upgrade!

Part Specs:
Genuine BMW front rotors - cross-drilled and floating - 345x28mm (20mm larger than US)
Genuine BMW rear rotors - cross-drilled and floating - 328x20mm (same size)
Genuine BMW front and rear calipers (gloss black paint)
Genuine BMW front and rear caliper brackets (required for fitting larger front rotors, gloss black paint)
Genuine BMW front and rear brake pads (options available)
Genuine BMW front and rear brake caliper clips

These are direct fit replacement brakes for your stock US brakes on the E46 M3. The larger rotor pushes the caliper back further so new front brackets are used to re-position the caliper. The calipers and brackets are glossy black for a pleasing appearance. And the front rotors fill in the wheels much better than the stock rotors. We have confirmed these will fit the factory 18" or larger wheels.

Choose from multiple pad options: OEM pads, Axxis Metal Master (less dust), Axxis Ultimate, StopTech, Hawk HP Plus (track/street), Pagid Yellow RS29 (full race), Hawk HT10 (full race), or Hawk Blue (full race).

These braided stainless brake steel lines improve the performance and safety of your BMW's braking system. They are DOT approved, and coated to protect the braided stainless steel from abrasion or road-related damage and offer tremendous quality at a phenomenal price.

Stoptech® Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines provide a quicker, firmer, more consistent pedal response by maintaining consistent brake pressure. Additionally, stainless steel lines provide precision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. The improvement in pedal feel is more dramatic on older vehicles where the factory rubber line may have softened and swelled due to age.

StopTech® brake lines consist of a PTFE (commonly referred to as Teflon®) inner line that carries the brake fluid, which is then covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid. The PTFE tube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid.

The braided stainless steel provides support for the PTFE and the weave is extremely durable against incidental impact and abrasion. Next the stainless braided hose is coated with a clear abrasion resistant PVC cover for maximum protection against chaffing and strain relief devices reinforce end fittings.

Made in the USAThe TMS carbon brake backing plates are made of pure carbon and high temperature resin. Our unique design specifically for the E46 (and non-m Z3) is optimized for 3" hose and allows the air to flow directly to the rotor with no impedance, with a considerably lower weight than competing products. When flow tested compared to a competitor’s product, the TMS ducts flowed twice as much. This greatly reduces the chance of brake fade, boiling the brake fluid, and wear and tear on your brake components. Installation is easy, as it does not require removal of the wheel bearing. We do this by making the backing plate in two parts. The main backing plate and a block off plate that bolt together. Most companies just have a big slot so you can slide the backing plate on, but then it just lets air flow right out of it. We block off the hole to maximizing brake cooling airflow to the center of the rotor.

Racing ABS Wiring Harness   (more info)
Our custom ABS harness allows the Ate Mk 6.0 ABS system from a 2003-2006 BMW E46 M3 Competition Package (ZCP) to run as a “stand alone system” and potentially be installed in ANY CAR, not just a BMW. Most of our customers will use this system to replace a 3-channel ABS system which is inadequate on the racetrack. Our harness will allow the E46 M3’s ABS to work without needing any of the factory wiring harness or dash cluster - it's stand-alone! The E46 M3’s ABS system is a four-channel high performance system which applies ABS to each wheel rather than a three-channel system like on a BMW E36 that only sends one signal to the rear (and two to the front). The Ate Mk 6 system is currently one of the best ABS systems on the planet. We have used this setup on all of our Grand-Am BMWs with tremendous success. This is also the “hot setup” for Porsche 997 track cars because the standard chassis electronics (PASM) has shortcomings on the racetrack.

Our harness also incorporates an output plug which allows the user to connect to the ABS control unit with a laptop. This allows electronic brake bleeding and diagnostics. A toggle switch allows you to turn the system on or off (cycling the switch resets the system) and a LED warns of a system failure. The signal to the warning LED can also be incorporated into a racing dash display. Software for diagnostics and the cable are included. The ABS software is not programmable but has proven to work very well on a variety of cars.

A Motorsport ABS control unit is also available which optimizes the ABS for racing tires whereas the standard unit is mapped for street tires. For most drivers the standard control unit is sufficient as it's a huge improvement over the system it's replacing. The traction and stability settings of the Motorsport programming are much higher compared to the stock unit which allows the driver to make full use of the race tires with maximum braking generated in any condition. It will also generate additional data that the standard unit does not provide. This Motorsport control unit can be added to any 2003-2006 E46 M3 for an instant ABS upgrade. We have a few “used” units on the shelf (spares from our Grand Am cars) that we can offer at a substantial savings over a new part. The Motorsport control unit will also automatically adjust for different wheel sizes and any ABS ring gear/tooth count so it is required for all non-BMW applications.

    These pads were originally equipped on the E46 M3 models. Owners of the E46 M3 will know that the stock pads are already quite 'aggressive' from the factory with a lot of initial bite. The initial bite was built into the pad to stop criticism of BMW's lack of performance brakes. Instead of building the M models with exotic - and expensive - multi-piston calipers, BMW engineers turned up the braking power in their pads.     Hawk Blue 9012 race pads have a Medium/High torque and temperature compound with excellent brake modulation. #1 selling brake pad material for SCCA.
