E60 M5, E63 M6 Supersprint Performance Headers
(more info) These headers are handcrafted in Italy by Supersprint and are beautiful as well as functional.
The stock M5/M6 header system is pretty good as far as BMW systems go... but Supersprint has improved on the design with mandrel-bent tubing (not crushed tubing like the stock system), full stainless-steel construction, and a bolt-on installation (the engine does not require removal). Each tube is mounted to the exhaust ports with the correct-sized flanges. The tubes are as close to equal length as possible and merge together in Supersprint's precision collector.
Dyno Chart
These headers can then be bolted to the rest of the factory exhaust or installed with Supersprint high-flow catalytic converters. Dyno testing has shown repeated gains of over 60hp with the complete system. You can choose to buy only the Supersprint headers to bolt to the stock secondary cats or high-flow Supersprint secondary cats are an option.
Removal of the factory headers and installation of the Supersprint headers can be done with the engine in the car - the engine does not need to be removed at any time. Also, there is no cutting, welding, or fabricating required. These
will bolt to existing flanges or piping. However, because the process involves the removal of several critical systems and components to gain access to the engine (the external oil pumps of the dry-sump oiling system, for instance) the
installation of these headers should only be done by a shop familiar with installations of intricate header systems.
Because of the time that Supersprint's engineers dedicate to building these headers, they will be in very short supply, ensuring its exclusivity as the finest aftermarket headers available for the M5/M6 in the world. (Left Hand Drive Models Only)

E63 M6 Supersprint Center Pipes (deletes rear resonator)
(more info) Add these straight pipes to delete the rear resonators on the new E63 M6. This will make the car a little more louder. Best if used with the Supersprint Sport or 'Race' mufflers.

E63 M6 Supersprint Race Muffler System
(more info) The Supersprint 'Race' rear muffler system is one step beyond the standard Sport mufflers. Don't be fooled by the name - the 'Race' mufflers are designed for street use and the name only distinguishes it from the standard Sport system. With the stock system the sound is very subdued. With the 'Race' mufflers the sound is much more noticeable and more aggressive - a perfect sound to compliment the assertive nature of an M6. You will hear this exhaust but it will not be intrusive or sound out of place on a civilized sports/GT car like the M6. The Supersprint center pipes to delete the rear resonators are a welcome addition.

E63 M6 Supersprint Sport Muffler System
(more info) Supersprint has designed their new Sport mufflers to be just a little more throaty than stock. If you think you're stock exhaust is just too quiet this would be a great upgrade. A small increase in horsepower is an added bonus. To further tune the exhaust sound and increase volume, add the Supersprint center pipe to delete the rear resonator.

Full Supersprint Sport Exhaust for E63/E64 650Ci
(more info) The full Supersprint exhaust system for the 650Ci includes straight pipes from the stock manifold back to a pair of sport mufflers. Without any of the stock resonators in place the exhaust is significantly louder than factory but with a snarling, rumbly sound. All components are made of 304 stainless steel and fit with the original, factory hangers and hardware.

Supersprint Rear Resonator-Delete Pipes for E63/E64 645/650Ci
(more info) replaces rear resonator/section 2 with straight-thru pipes; complete, stainless steel construction; uses factory hangers and hardware to fit to a stock front section (or Supersprint option) or to any muffler section. When you add one of these section 2 pipes to your exhaust you raise the volume of the exhaust by deleting the rear resonator. It's perfect for getting that little bit extra sound from a sport muffler. NOTE: on the 650Ci, the Supersprint Front Pipes are required (see below).
