A note about 10mm spacers: Any 10mm spacer is considered a custom fitment. The stock hubcentric lip on BMWs can stick out by as much as 11mm. This leaves a gap between the spacer and the hub which seriously compromises safety. We recommend using a larger spacer (12mm and larger do not have this issue) or check that the lip sticks out less than 10mm.

Turner Motorsport 10mm Hubcentric Front Wheel Spacer Kit (more info)

The TMS Wheel Spacer kit includes 2 Spacers and 2 Hub Extenders. TMS Wheel Spacers are made out of a solid, high magnesium content aluminum alloy, making them very light weight. Having less unsprung and rotational weight is a huge benefit on and off the track. Wheels spacers also widen a cars track width for added stability and looks. Each spacer is hardcoated. These are 5 x 120 hubcentric spacers for a wheel with a 72.5mm centerbore. Longer wheel bolts are required with these spacers.

The TMS hub extenders are made of high-grade, lightweight aircraft aluminum. They will press into a stock 72.5mm (Oustide Diameter.) Hub extenders are used to help keep the wheel centered and are extensions of the stock wheel hub. They are needed if a TMS 8mm or 10mm wheel spacers are used. These Original BMW wheels are identical in appearance to the M3 CSL wheels. Sizes are 19" x 9.5" (#36112282999) rear with a 27mm offset and 19" x 8" (#36112282895) for the front with a 47mm offset. These are the exact same sizes and offsets as the optional 19" wheels so tire sizing is EASY (235-245/35/19 front and 275-285/30/19 rear). These wheels weigh in at only 24 lbs each for the front, and 25.5 lbs for the rear.

These are the same wheels that come on the new E46 M3 with the competition package. These are new factory BMW wheels. Price includes two fronts and two rears. This is the second generation "M Mobility Kit" from BMW. Unlike the older, more expensive kit, the tire sealant and air compressor of this can be used seperately, meaning the air compressor can be used for occasion inflation (without needing to pump in sealant fluid). Turner Motorsport Race Lug Nut Open - 19MM 12 X 1.5 (more info)

Turner Motorsport’s five years of endurance competition has taught us many things. One was that not all lug-nuts are made the same. While the standard nuts that we sell are great for daily drivers, HPDE events, and club racing, a beefier and more durable nut was needed for the 3-hour, 6-hour, and 24-hour professional endurance races. During the 24 Hours of Daytona, our tire changers made over 80 tire changes in NASCAR-style pitstops. That kind of abuse from air guns and fast work required the "next level" of lug-nut. These nuts are a high-grade steel with a zinc coating and they incorporate several innovative features -

The wheel-side of the nut has recessed threads so that the nut has to be square to engage the threads. Without the recess, it’s far too easy to start the threads with the nut being crooked.

The head of the nut is rounded to help the socket find its position.

The zinc plating that we use is reasonably durable without being excessive. With too much coating, the chipped and worn coating fragments can end up in the threads, leading to all sorts of trouble. Anyone who has used nuts repeatedly knows that the coating is not going to last forever. The constant abuse from air guns will chip it all away. So why add weight and the potential for disaster with excess coating? We did away with most of the danger from that with a lighter coating that still resists the tough environment of the track.

Wheel Pin Tool for Changing Wheels or Measuring Spacers (more info)

This old-fashioned tool serves a number of purposes - A) It's a must-have for changing wheels. B) It's also useful for mocking a wheel on the hub to measure for spacer thickness. It's inserted into one of the bolt holes by hand and easily slides out when done.

A) This wheel pin (wheel stud) makes changing wheels a snap. When it's pressed into the wheel hub, the new wheel slides right over it and each bolt hole lines up perfectly. No more wrangling with a wheel/tire to get the bolts to line up! When done, slide it out of the wheel and replace it with a wheel bolt.

B) If you're trying to figure out what size spacer to use this tool can make things easier. With the pin pressed in to the hub you can then slide M12 washers over it to mimic the thickness of a spacer. The extra length of this pin allows you to slide the wheel back/forth to set the positon of the wheel. Measure the thickness of your washers and that's your spacer size! For this procedure, it's recommended that you have 2 of these pins so the wheel does not rotate out of position.
