Keep your intake charge cool when your BMW gets hot! If you have increased the boost of your 335i you are generating extra heat load. To overcome this the Active Autowerke intercooler kit provides a whopping 88% larger core with a specially designed shroud.
This race inspired 335i intercooler kit upgrade has been designed to handle the increase in power more efficiently. Whether you are heading out for a weekend track session or taking your twin turbocharged car to 'The One Lap of America' race this upgrade will handle the challenge.
Our tests show an air temp drop of close to 30° F in the intake manifold, with a gain of 12 usable rear wheel HP on a Mustang MD250 dynamometer. btw: the ambient temperature in our shop measured a scorching 92°F during the session. This thing works.

This is the sensor / sending unit that notifies the computer if your coolant level is low. When this fails, it can give a false indication of low coolant -- or worse, not inform you of a low coolant situation which could potential cause overheating. (Note: This sensor is also found in the windshield washer container, to alert the computer when you are low on washer fluid)
This sensor also serves as the washer fluid level sensor on many models.

These hose clamps are the same style as your OEM hoses with a smooth inside band to prevent cutting into the hose material.

This is a BEHR brand replacement radiator for E90 325i/xi 328i/xi E92 328i/xi, E93 328i, E28 128i, with N52 or N52N engines Not for cars with N51 SULEV engine. This radiator is made by BEHR, an original equipment supplier to BMW. BEHR radiators are what we use our own BMWs and customer installs. We've found the BEHR radiator has the highest lifespam, least amount of manufacturing defects, and best continued cooling performance. Simply put, you do not want anything else in your BMW but a BEHR brand radiator.

This radiator is the OEM direct replacement for the stock radiator in the 135i, 335i, 335xi, and Z4 35i. As most 335 owners have discovered, the cooling system is vital to maintaining high levels of boost. The car's sophisticated electronics wisely shut down and limit boost when temperatures are elevated enough to do potential harm. Don't short-change your cooling system or performance on the street or the track! Where the stock radiator suffers is in capacity, which is why BMW also sells an additional radiator and other cooling upgrades with their Performance packages. This PWR radiator for the E90/E92 335 and E82 135 is a larger 42mm core (4mm thicker than stock) for additional capacity and bulletproof cooling. It fits in the stock location, with the stock shroud and fan (some plastic trimming may be necessary), maximizing the available space to dedicate to fluid capacity and surface area. Having a greater capacity means less saturation time for the cooling fluid which leads to more consistent engine temperatures, reducing the possibility of limp mode condition and reducing wear and tear on other cooling components such as the water pump and thermostat. Not only is this radiator larger, it's designed with the stresses of motorsports in mind. The cooling vanes use a unique oven brazed bonding technology that will not fatigue and crack like epoxyed construction. Aircraft-grade aluminum is used for the tanks and frame, which are TIG-welded for superior strength.This radiator is a direct replacement for the stock E9X radiator, with all of the same hose locations and fittings as the original radiator. If you're looking for the most complete and unbeatable radiator solution for your M3, this is the best we have seen. Tested extensively and approved the Turner racing team. The core has more cooling vanes and a larger side tank to allow more cool fluid to circulate through the system. Having a greater capacity means less saturation time for the cooling fluid which leads to more consistent engine temperatures, reducing wear and tear on other cooling components such as the water pump and thermostat. It's also hugely beneficial when using forced induction where increased underhood temperatures will snowball through the rest of the engine compartment and eventually through the cooling system. This radiator also includes an additional side-mount cooler that can be used for other cooling needs (such as a power steering cooler) or capped off and not used at all.
