    This intake kit replaces your restrictive factory air box. It features 1.6mm powder-coated steel heat shield, trim sealed to seal out hot engine air, heat-insulated plastic ducting, and a custom aFe brand cotton filter.

    This version uses aFe's highest flowing filter media, which uses a lightly oil gauze to filter out dirt and particulates, while allowing more air to flow to the intake. For the best flowing filter, with the best performance gain, we always recommend this standard aFe filter media (often called "Pro5R ", which has a blue pre-oiled filter media). We also carry this filter in the "ProDry" grey filter media, which is oil-free for only slightly less performance and no maintenance.

    By removing your stock intake air box, you are removing the most restrictive portion of your X5's intake system, increasing both horse power and torque, improving acceleration as well as throttle response. The revised intake ducting also directs airflow through the system better than the factory layout.

    This is a one off DEMO unit that we took out of the box and test fit onto a car. The exhaust was never bolted onto the car so this kit is essentially new but because we removed it from the box we cannot sell it as a new unit.

    The Akrapovic Slip-On exhaust system is designed for drivers who demand more power and less weight. In addition to a weight reduction and a power gain, one of the tasks of the Akrapovic team was also to make the sound of the 335i become music to ones ears. Additionally, the two titanium tail pipes are an important part of the Akrapovic exhaust system and a must-show.

    This Akrapovic exhaust improves upon the stock exhaust system (with a Slip-On system) of the BMW 335i in numerous areas. The first visible improvement is the additional power of 7,2 HP (at 5.950 rpm) and 8,1 Nm (at 3.560 rpm). The range between 2.500 rpm and 3.000 rpm and at 3.500 rpm was particularly improved. A noticeable improvement can also be observed at high RPM where the Slip-On gives more power. When trying to achieve better performance, weight also plays a big role. The Akrapovic Slip-On exhaust system for the BMW 335i is 7,88* kilograms (17.38lbs) lighter when compared with a stock exhaust, which gives it an even better power to weight ratio. The Akrapovic Slip-On exhaust system is homologated for street use. This beautiful piece of titanium art also gives the powerful BMW 6-cylinder engine a more sporty sound.

Flow-forming is a semi-forging process that produces a wheel typically stronger than a traditional cast wheel yet is still light weight. The wheels are around 10lbs lighter per wheel than a comparable factory wheel! That's reduced unsprung weight that improves all aspects of performance. The spokes and barrel have been designed to allow generous clearance for big brakes. In other words, these wheels are very impressively engineered and look great too! The design is based on classic motorsport themes that blend with BMW styling and appearance. These wheels look right at home on many BMW models. Multiple color and profile options allow you to set just the right look and stance for your car. As well as being pleasing to the eye these are very strong and functional wheels that are at home on the street as well as the racetrack. Don't let the price fool you - these wheels are high quality, high strength, and in high demand.

    The ARC-8 18x9.0 wheels come with the BMW standard 5/120 bolt pattern and 72.6mm center bore. These are a direct fit to the E46 3-series and the Z4 Roadster and Coupe (except M versions) as a aggressive square setup. By having a square set (the same size front and rear) you have the option of rotating tires to maximize wear. The super-wide front wheel also helps reduce understeer by giving the front end more grip. Use these wheels with a 235 or 245 tire to ensure clearance or go all the way to a 255 for maximum grip. The original BMW center cap and original lug bolts can be re-used from your stock BMW wheels. Price is for a set of 4 wheels. Apex center caps included or add a set of four new BMW wheel caps from the options below.

    Note: careful consideration of wheel width, offset and tire sizing must be observed when choosing and installing larger wheels.   • This suspension is a great E39 suspension upgrade for reducing bodyroll and improving handling. The Touring Cup Kit features H&R's progressive rate springs and a matching set of performance shocks to lower the ride height and produce a sportier handling car.

    H&R Touring Cup Kit springs lower the ride height as much as 1.3" in front and 0.75" in the back and stiffens the spring rate. Both combine to lower the car's center of gravity and reduce the amount of bodyroll in corners. The springs are progressive rate so their initial stiffness is actually very compliant and it becomes stiffer as the spring is compressed. This is great for street cars that see bumps and potholes where suspension compliance is key. Overall, they are about 35% stiffer than the stock original springs. Lowering amount will be less if replacing the factory sport suspension. This package fits with the stock strut and shock mounts, making for an easy and clean install.

    Z4 Bilstein B12 Special Bilstein has teamed up with Eibach to offer matched shock and spring packages. These Z4 Eibach springs are mated to a special set of Bilstein shocks to deliver a sporty and taut ride with as little impact on ride comfort as possible.

    The Z4 B12 Pro Kit uses an Eibach Pro Kit spring with Bilstein's Sport shocks and struts. Instead of taking parts from different manufacturers, Bilstein has tested the performance of the Eibach spring and tailored their shocks to be a true match for the new spring rate and ride height. This is known as a matched shock and spring and very few tuning companies take these extra steps. Eibach springs tend to be softer overall than most other aftermarket springs, which ensures the ride stays close to a stock comfort while still giving you a lowered stance and improved handling. The B12 Pro Kit lowers the car 1.0" in front and 0.6" in the rear.

    Coil over suspensions are better engineered suspension options compared to a standard shock + spring package. Since the springs and shocks in a coil over are designed by a team of engineers to work together, there is much better suspension travel and more precisely tuned specifications for spring and shock rates. Using separate shock and spring specs may result in premature coil bind or shock bottoming. And most coil over kits offer more features than the traditional packages. Coil overs are also more useful when larger wheels/tires are used because you can precisely set the ride heights to clear the new tires.

    The goal.
    While producing a "short" shifter, our more important goal in improving the BMW shifter assembly is to increase the precision and smoothness of the overall operation.

    The problem.
    One significant wear area that has never been addressed previously is the wear and ovalization of the linkage connection points at the transmission and the shifter's lower pivot.

    In the original BMW design, the connection at both ends has a large injection-molded plastic bushing. We already know how badly plastic wears in an automotive application, and these areas are not an exception. The design of the selector rod has a pin at 90° to the main rod, which exerts a tremendous amount of leveraged force on the selector joint bushing from one side (known as a single shear force). The result is a steady deformation of the bushing, resulting in looseness and slop in the entire mechanism. (see photo at right) The image shows a selector joint that has approximately 25K miles of use.

    The looseness and slop are magnified by the leverage-multiplication effect of the shift lever itself. The result is an in-gear shifter "free play" of 3/4" and up to 1" in either direction, over 35mm total.

    The cure.
    A temporary fix is to simply replace the selector joint. Unfortunately, this is only a temporary fix as the new joint's bushing will exhibit the same rapid deformation. To permanently fix this, a change in the fundamental design of the pivot is required, changing the assembly to a double shear system with the UUC Double Shear Selector Rod (DSSR).

    The DSSR redistributes the torsional forces from the pin/bushing interface to the complete face area on both sides of the selector joint. By taking advantage of the strength of steel in the DSSR and the body of the joint, the problem of deformation is eliminated and the movement of the selector rod correlates directly to movement of the selector joint - the only "free play" movement remaining in the shifter assembly is from within the transmission itself. In-gear "free play" is reduced to approximately 10mm total when used with a UUC EVO3 shifter.

    The original BMW shifter and all other aftermarket shifters (except UUC which uses deformation-free bearings) contain a plastic bushing similar to the selector joint, and the exact same wear and ovalization causes those shifters to get sloppy. The DSSR permanently fixes these shifters also. The DSSR is compatible with all brand shifters, whether original BMW or other-brand aftermarket. When used with the original BMW shifter or other aftermarket shifters, the amount of "free play" will be greatly reduced but varies by shifter (flexation of the shifter shaft contributes to the total "free play" travel).

    The Perfect Polishing Companion To Our Orbital And The Safest Way To Remove Surface Scratches
    Griots machine polishes are different. They are created specifically for a random orbital machine (unlike other polishes that are created for straight drive machines) where the friction and temperature on the paint is almost non-existent. The polishing granules are engineered to break down under light pressure, getting finer and finer as you use the polish. Machine Polish 4's unique chemistry also does away with 50% of the old solvents, allowing you to clean up with water! No other polish does that. They are designed to be safe and effective at removing swirl marks and scratches from all painted surfaces. Always start with Griot's very mild polish, Machine Polish 3, and repeat as often as you want, until the scratch is gone. If you have severe oxidation or heavy scratches, drop down to Machine Polish 2, or Machine Polish 1 if need be, then finish up with Machine Polish 3. Use ultra-fine Machine Polish 4 when you have nearly flawless paint and only have light swirls and toweling marks. (Like new cars that are delivered from the dealership.) It will eliminate those micro-fine toweling marks and swirls, especially in dark paints. We recommend having all four polishes on your shelf, so you can choose the perfect polish for the job. Follow up with our Paint Sealant, Carnauba Wax Stick, Premium Carnauba Paste Wax or Best of Show Wax® for a truly flawless finish.

    TURNER Corsa Performance T-304 stainless exhaust system for 2007, 2008 and 2009 E90/E92 335i & 335xi. Features mandrel-bent tubing, polished 4" tips, a muscular roar at high rpm, and drone-free quiet-cruising, thanks to Corsa's patented Reflective Sound-Cancellation (RSC) technology. Each muffler uses a Straight-thru design for maximum flow, resulting in maximized horse power and torque. This system replaces the rear mufflers, from the resonator-back.

    Reflective Sound-Cancellation (RSC) technology - This technology is a non-electrical noise control system, where engine sound (pressure) waves are reflected in passages inside the muffler 180 degrees out of phase to cancel out unwanted sound waves. The result is a "tuned" muffler that "cleans up" the noise without eliminating the pure sound of power associated with a high-performance vehicle. Using this Corsa technology, the stainless steel Corsa Performance line of mufflers are tuned to eliminate passenger cabin resonance and produce just the "right" sound. The result is quieter cruising with an awe-inspiring roar at full throttle. This system is amazingly quiet during normal cruising, due to the "no drone" RSC technology, yet still has an aggressive presence and full sound while under throttle. This makes for ideal sound for those that want an aggressive "roar" while driving hard, yet still want a more discrete lower volume for normal cruising.     As well as the tuned sound and drone eliminating sound, the mufflers use a straight-thru flow design for maximum flow and the least amount of restriction. Decreasing the restrictive back-pressure results in more horse power and torque, as well as the inspired sound this system creates for your 335i's twin-turbo engine. This is an axle-back system, which replaces the rear muffler sections of your 335i/335xi's exhaust. Made 100% in the USA in Corsa's Ohio facility, this exhaust features a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. This exhaust is emissions legal in all 50 states (no effect whatsoever on emissions, and there will not be any "Check Engine" warning lights) as well as certified to meet the SAE J1169 sound test (a 95db noise limit used by many states).

    Everybody is on a budget these days and the coin spent on some of the best parts does not have to spin up as fast as your boost gauge.

    Developing class-leading flywheel and clutch technology to even greater heights, UUC has developed a significantly new Twin Disk flywheel/clutch package designed for BMWs developing the highest levels of power from a turbo boost or supercharging. Two disks is that much more torque capacity and that much more tolerance of hardcore flogging. Amazingly, they have done this at a price competitive with the best traditional single disk systems.

    Until now, taming a 600hp+ BMW meant living with a clutch that was the stereotype "on/off switch" with rough engagement characteristics that made daily-driving a compromise. By incorporating larger disks than the average multi-disk clutch, the UUC design maintains original equipment smooth operation yet easily handles power levels approaching 1,000hp.

    Larger surface area of a smoother-functioning material is the key to combining the characteristics of high torque capacity with street-friendly operation in this all-new design. This may be the rare combination in high performance of best bargain and best performance.

    Total rotating mass of the complete flywheel and twin clutch package is 25.5lbs, the same total mass as a typical 11.5lb flywheel coupled with the clutch.
