Now in it's second generation, this system is hot off of Borla's presses and is sure to unleash some of that hidden power your factory exhaust is stifling from that potent twin turbo engine. Based on customer feedback, Borla has redesigned this exhaust to have an even better sound, giving it a slightly louder sound (yet still very tasteful for the street). Borla calls it the 'Aggressive' sound. (We also offer the quieter "Touring Sound" version #140228) We thought it was an excellent improvement on our TMS 335i coupe, and love the sporty tone. The factory exhaust is also very hefty, so this system will offer a nice weight savings as well.

Borla Cat Elimination / Racing Track Pipes - E90/E92 335i & 335xi

This Borla section replaces the secondary cats on the E9X 335i/335xi. They bolt on to the stock downpipes with factory-style flanges. At the back of this section is an open pipe that can be used with the Borla cat-back mufflers or with another system of your own design (it is not designed to work with the stock exhaust system). Eliminating any part of the stock emissions equipment means this piece is for OFF ROAD USE ONLY.
The cats are a small area of restriction on these cars, so for a track-only car removing the catalytic converter is a must. These also work well when used in conjunction with the Borla cat-back exhaust. These off road track pipes will work on all 335i and 335xi, 2007, 2008, 2009 2010.
This part alters or deletes the emissions equipment on your car. Because of this, we require a waiver of emissions compliance to be signed and sent in to TMS. You can download the waiver here.

100% stainless system for the MINI Cooper S 2004-2005 that bolts to the stock exhaust after the catalytic converter. Twin round tips fill out the rear valence perfectly with no rubbing. This is the Street system that is quieter than the Borla Race system. The Street system uses two large rear mufflers that are freer-flowing than the stock units. This produces a throaty exhaust note at lower RPM that fades as revs rise. It is more civilized than the Race system. The Street system saves about 10lbs from the stock exhaust. After extensive runs on our Dynapack dynomometer the Borla came out better than all others: a gain of 6-7 hp and a small torque increase. Power increases at lower rpm but starts to make significant gains starting at 3700 rpm. |

We have been selling Borla exhausts for BMWs for over 10 years and it is still our Number 1 choice for a cat-back exhaust. Borla designs their exhausts to be not too loud (you don't own a Camaro) and not too quiet (you don't want to drive a hearse either) but rather in the middle. If you're driving with the windows up and the radio on you probably won't hear the great sound. Borla also builds their exhausts from T-304 stainless steel (inside and outside). This means long life (a 1,000,000 mile warranty is part of the deal) and light weight.

BORLA R&D Engineers have developed a sophisticated, unique exhaust for the 745i 745Li 4.5L V8 for 2002-05. This system (PN 140130) is a true dual Cat-Back™ and incorporates a lead muffler that serves both to attenuate sound and balance pressure, similar to the X-pipes used on race machines. Augmented with two secondary mufflers and followed up with a rear muffler assembly, the system exits with two turned down phantom tips at the rear valence driver side. Borla X-Pipe With Test Pipes and Resonators - E90/E92 M3

Looking to get the most power from your exhaust without an obnoxious racy sound? Borla has introduced this front exhaust section that will eliminate the factory cats (a 30+ hp gain!) and includes two sets of resonators to keep the sound civilized.
These bolt on to the stock exhaust manifolds at the front. The Borla resonators clamp to the front pipes. After the resonators, any 'cat-back' or rear muffler section can be used. Borla offers two options - Touring or Aggressive systems.
This part alters or deletes the emissions equipment on your car. It is for off-road or competition use only. Because of this, we require a waiver of emissions compliance to be signed and sent in to TMS. You can download the waiver here.
In addition, special software may be required to keep the check engine light off.
