Turner Motorsport International Shipping FAQ

1. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are shipped UPS or Federal Express, depending on rates and service. US Postal Service is an option available on request.
   
   
2. How long will it take to get my order?
   Generally orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of shipping date (not including order processing). Faster Express shipping is also an option to most places. Delays caused by International Customs are not included in this estimate.
   
   
3. How much does shipping cost?
   We have great discounted rates on international shipping. Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the package. Please email us for a discounted shipping quote. Please make sure to include your town and postal (Zip) code so we can accurately quote you.
   
   
4. Will I get a tracking number?
   Yes, orders shipped with UPS and Fed Ex are assigned a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. You will be able to keep track of the status of your shipment the entire time.
   
   
5. Who pays duty charges on my order?
   The recipient of the package will be responsible for all duty, customs and brokerage fees. UPS and Fed Ex will assign a broker to handle the duties and taxes.
   
   
6. What forms of payment to you accept?
   We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Bank Wire Transfers. For some orders a bank wire may be requested as the only form of payment.
   
   
7. My car is Right Hand Drive, will your products fit my car?
   With the exception of floor mats, most of our products fit RHD cars
   
   
8. Okay, I am ready, how do I place my order?
   You can place your order on our safe and secure website or call us at 011 978 388-7769, or you can fax your order to 011 978 388-4202.
   
   
9. I am in the US Military, do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
   Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Priority Mail. We send a courier to the post office to send USPS orders every Tuesday and Friday.
   
   
10. I’m in Canada, can you ship my order US Postal Service?
    Yes, we can ship via USPS. We send a courier to the US post office to send orders every Tuesday and Friday. While this is an option offered to our customers, we must counsel them that tracking and insurance practices with the USPS are sub-standard compared to UPS.
