Engine
	TMS Power Pulley Package Stage I for the MCS Applications: 2002 - 2004 Cooper S (MCS) Our best selling software/pulley package is finally now in Shark Injector form! We are getting 196-208 horsepower at the engine (160-175 wheel horsepower, depending on intercooler temp) from the TMS power pulley and software kit. Kit includes a new supercharger belt, a set of special BOSCH spark plugs designed for the Mini Cooper S running higher boost, custom TMS/Conforti software loaded in a "do it yourself" Shark Injector unit - no need to send out your ECU! And a two-piece billet aluminum supercharger pulley with stainless steel self-centering insert. The smaller supercharger pulley increases boost from a stock 10.5 to 14.5 lbs - this increased boost is especially noticeable at lower RPM, making your Mini S even more fun to drive than it is now. We are talking a gain of 30-34HP at the engine (or about 25-30hp at the wheels)! We installed this on our blue and yellow project MINI Cooper S in December 2002, and all we can say is.... "WOW! This car is faster than an E36 M3!" and since then we have put over 20,000 trouble free miles on the car. The Shark Injector for the Mini S increases your rev limit by 200 and removes the top speed limiter. It is also available separately for customers who already have a smaller pulley (works with pulleys that make between 13-15 lbs boost.) Installation of the TMS power pulley takes 3-4 hours - professional installation is required. 	TMS MINI Cooper S Cold Air Intake Part #: MINI.CAI.SB Applications: 2002 - 2007 Mini Cooper S. The TMS Cold Air Intake for the Mini Cooper S is a complete kit with cone style velocity stack filter and black powder coated heat shield. Don't be fooled by outrageous power gains! With our in-house Dynapack Chassis Dyno, we have tested many configurations with many types of filters and due to the heat-sinking properties of the intercooler, the Mini Cooper S makes huge (and erroneous) gains on the dyno when the engine and intercooler are cold. We saw 12-14 HP gains when the engine was cold, but once the engine warmed up, we saw a real-world gain of 7-8 HP with this kit. That is about the best you will find. We have driven our test MCS for 1000+ miles with this kit and we found that this intake improves throttle response greatly! Intake sound is slightly louder, giving great feedback from the engine. 	Quaife Torque Biasing Differential for Cooper S Part #: 56.309.190 Applications: 2002 - 2007 Cooper S (MINI) The Quaife torque biasing differential enables your car to accelerate quicker and corner faster. How? By getting the power to the ground! The Quaife Differential powers both drive wheels under nearly all conditions, instead of just one. With an ordinary open differential, standard on all MINI's, a lot of precious power is wasted during wheelspin under acceleration. This happens because the open differential shifts power to the wheel with less grip (along the path of least resistance). The Quaife, however, does just the opposite. It senses which wheel has the better grip, and biases the power to that wheel. It does this smoothly and constantly, and without ever completely removing power from the other wheel. 	Borla Stainless Cat-Back Exhaust Part #: 140027 Applications: 2002 - 2007 Cooper S (MCS) This Cat-Back system is a simple bolt-on. 100% stainless steel inside and out. Twin round tips fill out the rear valence perfectly with no rubbing. Not too loud, not too quiet. Stock system weighed in at 45.5 LBS, the Borla weighs 33.5 LBS. With our in-house Dynapack Chassis Dyno, we tested many different exhaust sytems currently on the market for the Cooper S. The Borla came out on top!
