 E90 Carbon Fiber Trunk Lid - Fits 2006+ E90 Sedans
This CSL inspired trunk lid, made by Carbon Fiber specialist Carbon8, fits all 2006+ E90 3 series sedans and saves precious weight over the heavy steel stock BMW trunk lid. It also looks great, especially if you are into the naked carbon fiber look. This particular trunk lid's styling has a slightly swept up rear edge, reminiscent of the E46 M3 CSL -- which also had a carbon fiber trunk lid with an integral "spoiler" edge built into it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fit and finish of this trunk lid, particularly at this price. The trunk lid fits as good as any other carbon fiber lid we've come accross. Some modifications and provisions need to be made to fit all trunk auxiliary components, such as lighting, trunk latch, hood shocks, emblems and interior trunk trim -- which is why we highly recommend professional installation on these (even if you're not having it painted). As with any carbon fiber or fiberglass body panel, extra time and preparation will be required to ensure the best fitment and installation. While no aftermarket body panels fit as perfectly as original OEM BMW panels, we were very satisfied with the overall quality and fit of these trunk lids. If you are mounting it unpainted to keep the carbon fiber visble, this trunk lid already comes with a clear gelcoat finish so that it is already exactly how you'd want it.

Professional installation highly recommended.

AeroCatch Animation
The AeroCatch is available in two installation styles:
1.) TOP MOUNT - Mounts from the exterior surface of the hood. This style makes for an easier installation.
2.) BOTTOM MOUNT - Mounts flush from the interior side of the hood. This style is slightly harder to mount, but makes for less exposed surface of the AeroCatch fastener.

Each AeroCatch hood fastener kit comes complete with two AeroCatch assemblies, all pins, washers, nuts and bushings, as well as mounting template and installation instructions.     Have you taken your 335i to the track yet? Have you turned off traction control and tried to launch your 335i? Imagine how fast your car would go 0-60mph if both wheels had power going to them! Its unbelievable that such a great performance car is lacking a limited slip -- perhaps BMW didn't want the 335i to be THAT much faster than the previous M3! BMW stopped putting limited slip differentials in all cars in 1995 (except for "M" cars). So, if it’s not an M3 or M5 your car does not have power going to BOTH wheels at the same time. In other words, it is "one wheel drive." This is not good for any type of performance car and if you have taken your car to the track or have auto crossed it you can see why.

    Video: LSD makes all the diff-erence
    Our limited slip unit for the 335i is a complete assembly (or "chunk") that replaces the "open" differential chunk currently in your diff. This an authentic German made Drexler brand clutch type limited slip (with 45/30 ramping). Drexler worked directly with BMW Motorsport to create this unit, and supplies to such as M-Team Schnitzer. The unit uses the factory bearings, fits into the factory differential housing, reuses the factory ring gear*** and all critical dimensions are close to the factory unit. This makes installation easier, requiring minimal ring and pinion setup time and shimming. Professional installation is recommended, however.

    We sell this part in a few different ways:
    1) As long as you don't have a welded-in ring gear, TMS can install this unit in your car's original differential - You send us your diff and we install the limited slip unit and send the diff back. Some cars are being built with welded ring gear rather than a bolted-together unit.

    2) We can send you a low mileage preowned diff with the limited slip installed - and we charge you a core charge. When you send us back your (non welded ring gear) stock diff we refund the core charge (currently $1600)

    *** Please note that on mid year production (mid-'07) 335i's, we have found that the ring and pinion is welded in place, and cannot be unbolted to re-use with our limited slip "chunk". On these 335i's you must buy our LSD unit already installed into a differential (option #2), as your existing diff is not elligible for option #1 .

    We've tested and tried many exhaust systems on our own E92 335i coupe. Several we'd even consider being "very good". But we were after greatness. Our goals were simple: A street exhaust with the most performance, GREAT sound, GREAT fitment, 100% stainless, 100% bolt on install, and all at a reasonable price. Mission accomplished.

    This 100% T304 mandrel bent exhaust system has been developed using feedback from testing all of the "other" exhaust systems out there, as well as direct feedback from our customers. After several months of work, we're confident we've finally got this 335i system JUST RIGHT. It offers a huge increase in exhaust flow rate, with a street tuned sound that is not too quiet (like stock) and not too loud (like a race car). Special care was given to avoid obnoxious "drone" noises, particularly for highway cruising and light-footed around-town driving. Open the throttle up, though, and this exhaust creates a powerful -- yet tasteful -- ROAR for your 335i.

    Not cutting! No welding! Many other systems on the market for the BMW 335i require cutting your stock exhaust, and either welding or clamping the components in place. This system is a direct bolt on, bolting to the factory front catalyst pipes, and replacing everything from the cat back to the tail pipes. We didn't use any shortcuts on this exhaust. Even the muffler packing materials are German composite and US OE grade stainless steel. Connections between sections are made with heavy duty stainless steel band clamps. And the exhaust tips are both dual walled, bevel edged, and adjustable so you can get the tips exactly where you want them.     This turbo down pipe for the 135i and 335i is manufactured from 304 stainless steel using all mandrel bent tubing and each pipe is 65mm in diameter resulting in ultra low backpressure, assuring instant turbo spool up for maximum torques and horsepower gains for your 135i or 335i. The results of installing a complete turbo to tail pipe Supersprint system are a phenomenal 26 hp with a torque gain over 20 lb/ft.

    The stock down pipes cause a major restriction in the exhaust flow. BMW's solution to deal with the limited space in the engine compartment is to crush the turbo outlet tubes to reduce the size of the tubing. Doing this created undesirable backpressure. For emission purposes the factory also incorporated built-in pre-cats directly after the turbo outlet ports. This make the exhaust gas backpressure rise to extremely high levels at all rpm and engine loads. This design retains excessive heat in the engine and affects performance in a negative way. The design of the Supersprint down pipes takes advantage of even the smallest space available and frees the exhaust gas flow dramatically. The SS pipe cross section (no crushed pipe) remains constant all along the down pipes and the pre-cats are totally eliminated.


    This downpipe fits the E82 135i, and all E90/E92/E93 335i coupe, sedan and convertibles, as produced in 2007, 2008, 2009 and newer.

    This Supersprint exhaust system will open up the breathing on your 335i for a big increase in power and a sportier sound. The exhaust system on this car is one of the key areas to tune to increase power. Removing the restriction of the stock exhaust opens up the air passages and allows the turbos to spool faster. Not that the stock engine is slow off the line – but the Supersprint system adds 30-40ft-lbs of torque below 4500 rpm when used with the downpipes and sport cats! And the sport mufflers add a beautiful throaty purr to the exhaust that you’ll love with every blip or smash of the throttle. Choose from two tip styles: single 90mm tip per side or dual 80mm tips on each side. This system comes with oversized piping for maximum flow from the secondary cat-back (center crossover pipes included, deletes the rear resonators).

       Install Tips
    • Locate bung as close to engine a possible, without exceeding the maximum operating temperature for the O2 sensor. The suggested location is just down-stream of the merge-collector on each bank of cylinders.
    • Sensors located after upstream exhaust system leaks or too close to exhaust outlets are susceptible to poor readings or influence of ambient air
    • O2 Sensors exposed to exhaust gasses with too high amount of un-burnt fuel can lead to misleading readings. A possible lean reading.
    • Locate sensor/bung 90ฐ to exhaust gas stream.
    • Locate sensor/bung in tube with a minimum of 10ฐ up angel to prevent liquid build up in sensor element.
    • Use stainless steel welding wire or rod when installing bung.
    • Do not have bung plug or a oxygen sensor installed when welding bung in place.
    • Welding can distort the bung so it is recommended you chase/tap the threads of the bung after welding.
    • When installing O2 sensor or plug, use an O2 sensor compatible high temperature resistant grease on the threads.
    • Use tightening torque suggested by O2 senor manufacturer.

    Don't use harsh solvents like gasoline to clean your ITG on your Eurosport/Conforti intake kit (or similar foam filter element). This product is all you need to maintain your ITG foam filter, and is recommend for use with all Conforti Cold-Air Intake Kits.

    When cleaning an ITG foam filter, ITG recommends using warm water and a mild detergent (simple dish soap is fine). Strong detergents and solvents can harm the foam, and cause the filter to break down. Once dirt, dust and debris are rinsed out of the filter, it should be re-oiled to ensure proper function of the filter. ITG recommends No-Toil filter oil, as it is safe to the foam filter media, and is completely waterproof. Drive with more peace of mind through heavy rain and puddles.

    		 E9x BMW Performance 'Rennsport' Steering Wheel
    This is the coolest steering wheel we have ever seen from BMW. Hardcore racing drivers and enthusiasts will recognize right away the features of this wheel are intended for maximum control, feel, and function during spirited driving.

    This is a factory BMW Performance wheel that we have dubbed the 'Rennsport' wheel. This is the basic wheel behind the the famous Performance wheel but without the data display, shift lights, and other doo-dads. It's been reduced to the simplest form by BMW's motorsport-oriented engineers to be a functional element in the driving experience and not only a place to rest your hands.

    This wheel is covered in alcantara suede with white stitching. It's the same thickness and shape as the factory M3 wheel. The bottom section of the rim has been flattened to allow more thigh room and a better grip when making turns of the wheel past 90 degrees. Flat bottom wheels can be found on the world's highest-performing cars and it's the first time we have seen BMW offer this style as a factory accessory. A reference mark on the top of the rim indicates top dead center of the steering. This mark is common on rally cars and drift cars to let the driver know when the steering wheel is back straight-ahead, without having to look away from the road.

    This wheel replaces the sport or M3 steering wheel. It re-uses the stock sport wheel airbag or M3 airbag (not included) and the stock sport wheel cover or M3 wheel cover (not included, see below for options). Photo above shows this wheel assembled with airbag and cover (not included). It works with manual transmission cars only.

    This is a RARE Genuine BMW M-Technic steering wheel, which features perforated leather at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions, smooth leather at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions, and black stitching along the inside edge. This wheel has the same diameter and thickness as the E90/E92/E93 M3, and can be used on all non-paddle shift E90 and E92 which already have the rounded "sport package" airbag. On a non-M3, this wheel makes a huge improvement in both look and feel, giving your non-M the beefy hand grip thickness the M3s come with from the factory.

    The attractive European style perforated leather not only looks great/unique, it also feels simply superb in your hands. This M-Tech steering wheel can be used to either upgrade the look and feel on a 2008+ M3, or for upgrading a non-M 3 series or 1 series, as long as your 3 series / 1 series is a 2007 or newer, and already has the compatible round "sport package" style airbag (see photo).     		 N52/N54 Spark Plug Install Tool
    This tool assists in the installation of spark plugs in the 2006 and newer BMW 6 cylinder engines (such as the N52 and N54 engine). If you are installing spark plugs on an E90/E92 3 series, or a 2006+ E60 5 series, you'll want this tool to guide the spark plug carefully into the head.

    If you're changing spark plugs on any of the following BMWs listed (below), you should consider adding this tool to your toolbox, as it makes getting the spark plug threaded into the head much easier and safer. We also highly recommend the special thin walled spark plug socket, part#83300495560, as well as a either a torque wrench or the BMW torque adapter tool (part# 83300491130) to apply the proper torque to each spark plug (23nm or 17 lb-ft).
