This kit eclipses all others with its superior engineering, materials, fitment, and of course, performance. Starting at $389.95 it’s a little more expensive than some other kits but worth every penny. This intake is not just a simple heat shield with a cone filter – every aspect of the design has been analyzed to improve on the concept of a Cold Air Intake. As the purpose of a Cold Air Intake is to draw in cooler, denser air by blocking hot air from the engine, this kit’s engineering starts with the materials.

Heat Shield – While other intake kits use sheetmetal or aluminum to shield the filter from hot air, the Eurosport kit is designed with a composite material that is very resistant to heat. The shield is made from e-glassfiber, and has a heat transfer coefficient 100 times lower than aluminum! Why use metal to block heat? The composite shield is also very light and stiff. The entire intake kit weighs less than 6lbs, including the filter – compared to close to 20lbs for some other intake kits!

Intake Tube – For the same reasons as on the heat shield, the intake tube between the filter and the air flow sensor is made from carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is strong, light weight, and is compression molded for an exact fit and excellent air flow. It also looks cool (pun intended).

Air Filter – No compromises were made designing this intake. While a well-known American brand would have been more recognizeable to consumers, the ITG foam air filter proved superior during dyno testing. It’s also washable and serviceable meaning a long life and exceptional dust retention. ITG may not be as famous in America as other brands, but it’s one of the most popular filters in Europe and Asia. ITG Filters can be found in Championship-winning Touring Cars, Japanese SuperGT winners, ALMS, Grand-Am, and even Formula 1. ITG Air Filters come pre-oiled for immediate installation.

Eurosport Intakes come with all necessary hardware, detailed instructions, and extra dust-retention oil. When installed, the shield provides a tight seal in the engine bay for the filter to draw cool air. The black finish with carbon fiber, and excellent craftsmanship, provides a “factory appearance”, showing off in a subtle way. Replacement Air Mass Sensors and HFMs
Replacement Air Mass Sensors and HFMs
We sell OEM air mass sensors, air flow meters, and HFMs (Hot Film Meter) for many BMWs. When the mass air sensor is bad you will notice your engine running out of tune. Your fuel mileage will suffer, throttle response will be poor, and you will notice a lack of power.

There should be a Check Engine Light to alert you that the air sensor is having problems. However, there may not be a fault code for the air meter itself. Often times the code comes up as fuel trim or lean condition. In these cases the air sensor could be just one of a number of potential problems.

We only sell air sensors from Original Equipment Manufacturers like, Bosch, VDO, and Siemens. Please note that HFMs are an electrical part and cannot be returned for refund.

No-Toil Foam Filter Oil (for ITG Filters)
Don't use harsh solvents like gasoline to clean your ITG on your Eurosport/Conforti intake kit (or similar foam filter element). This product is all you need to maintain your ITG foam filter, and is recommend for use with all Conforti Cold-Air Intake Kits.

When cleaning an ITG foam filter, ITG recommends using warm water and a mild detergent (simple dish soap is fine). Strong detergents and solvents can harm the foam, and cause the filter to break down. Once dirt, dust and debris are rinsed out of the filter, it should be re-oiled to ensure proper function of the filter. ITG recommends No-Toil filter oil, as it is safe to the foam filter media, and is completely waterproof. Drive with more peace of mind through heavy rain and puddles.

Please note, as this product is an aerosol, it MUST BE SHIPPED BY UPS GROUND. Sorry, this can not be shipped outside of the US/Canda.

E30M3 Evolution Airbox Kit
A genuine BMW Motorsport part. Replace the restrictive lower section of your air box with this redesigned version. Draws air from the low pressure / low turbulent area behind the front bumper through a tuned intake horn into a larger air box. Retains stock air filter element. (K&N filter included) Some late '90, and early '91 models came with these. Euro HFM
Euro HFM (Mass Air meter) from Euro M3 is larger in diameter than the USA's M3 meter. This HFM will meter and flow more air than the stock one. THIS REQUIRES A TMS chip to run correctly. This is not a 540i meter this a genuine Euro M3 meter and will clip in to the euro air box (for a factory look)

    HFM Adapter
    HFM (Mass air meter) adapter - most often used on the E36 M3. This adapts the 540i HFM or the Euro M3's 3.5" HFM to fit into the US M3 stock 3" intake boot.     Schrick Intake Manifold (M52)
    BMW used the same intake manifold for all M52 engines. Although the small intake ports of the stock unit offer respectable low end torque, the top end performance suffers greatly. The stock manifolds simply do not flow adequate air volume at engine speeds over 4000 R.P.M. Schrick GMBH, well known for their performance camshafts, have developed an intake system that retains the important low-end torque qualities of the factory system, while increasing the port diameter to improve top end horsepower. Dyno tests on a 328i have shown an increase of 18+ horsepower between 5600 and 5900 R.P.M.

    M50 Manifold Conversion Adapter Kit (To install OBDI manifold on an M52/S52)
    This kit includes everything to fit an OBDI M50 manifold to an OBDII M52 or S52 engine (1996-1999). It takes the guesswork out of adding the M50 manifold to your engine. The kit includes a CNC machined adapter, with all hardware and gaskets, that allows the freer flowing M50 manifold to be installed while maintaining full function of M52/S52 components including factory PCV cyclone / oil seperator valve. No vacuum leaks, no check engine lights. And the entire kit is completely reversible. Turner Motorsport has dealt with the problems from other kits and this adapter block is – by far – the best solution. Clear and well-thought out instructions are included.

    This kit does not include an M50 manifold - a used manifold can be added, using the drop-down options below.

    With the introduction of the 1996 model year came the OBDII emissions compliant engine. Among the many changes the OBDII engines received was a more restrictive air intake manifold. Where the older M50/S50 engines continued to make power up in the higher RPMs, the newer M52/S52 ran out of breath, limiting high-end horsepower, but boosting low-end torque. Converting the OBDII cars to the 1995 and earlier OBDI manifold is a popular modification to remove this high-rpm restriction.

    To best maximize the horsepower gains of this modification, you should be using the M50 manifold with bigger cams, HFM, injectors, and software. We have found this combination of upgrades and software to yield the best results for producing top-end power. Note: using the M50 manifold shifts the power band higher in the RPM range. This is GREAT for track cars but not well-suited for street cars where the OBDII manifold works best to produce torque at lower RPM. Presently, we do not have software tuned for only the M50 manifold without cams or the HFM upgrade. Check our website again for future product releases. We currently offer custom mapped Shark Injectors for these packages:

    Optional fuel rail cover – available for a $99.00 option.     TMS E46 M3 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake Kit

    If you've upgraded to the 3.5" Euro, 540i or Porsche HFM you know how much of a difference reducing intake restriction makes on these engines. This Samco silicone intake boot is the perfect mate for cars that have been upgraded with the 3.5" HFM, as it doesn't require any reducers or adapters (which impair air flow). Unlike the factory rubber intake boot, which has an accordian-like shape that causes turbulence, this boot has a smooth interior surface for best possible air flow. When coupled with the 3.5" HFM this makes for the best possible flow to the throttle body and intake manifold.

    E36 6 Cyl Samco Silicone Intake Boot (325/328/M3)
    If you are about to (or already have) eliminated the restrictive stock BMW ASC+T traction control system, you'll want to upgrade to this Samco silicone intake boot. Lose the factory "accordian" desgin boot, which creates lots of intake turbulence (read: lost power!). The Samco intake elbow has a perfectly smooth interior finish, with no sharp angles or other obstacles for intake air to get slowed by. It's made using 4 layers of high quality silicone, designed to last for many years in even the most extreme conditions.

    Installing this boot assumes your car either does not have traction control (ASC), or you will be removing it from your car. (You'll also need to install a 10ohm / 1watt resistor accross the ASC actuator wiring, to simulate the presence of the ASC modules, and avoid causing ABS faults). Removing ASC is a great way to decrease intake restriction, and this intake boot is perfect for this upgrade.

    This intake boot works very well with all cold air intake kits, including the Conforti cold air kit (with standard 3.0" HFM) and AFE intake kits. Have you already upgraded to the 3.5" Euro/540i HFM? No problem! We have a Samco intake bellows for that application as well (see part# SAMCO-BFHOSE1-BLK).

    If you've already replaced the factory airbox of your E46 M3 for a cold air intake kit, the stock rubber intake elbow (which connects the mass air sensor / HFM to the intake manifold) is now your enemy.
