E92 Performance Software: 2005+ Cars

 Description:  TMS Performance Engine Software represents the most cost-effective approach to increasing engine performance. It has been dyno-tested to provide a safe increase in power by altering fuel enrichment, cam timing and ignition timing specifically for use with premium gasoline. TMS Performance Engine Software also provides an increase in the factory rev-limit allowing for optimum shift points for maximum acceleration. Not only do we re-map part-throttle fuel and spark, we also re-map other areas of chips other tuners don't touch - such as acceleration enrichment, transition fueling (how the car responds to rapid change in pedal, and VANOS control as needed to optimize the vehicle for operation on premium fuel. It takes advantage of premium fuels from 91 AKI to 95 AKI and higher. There is no need for separate octane related variants with this software!

 135i 335i 335xi 535i 535xi (E60 E82 E88 E90 E92 E93) 		2007-- The Turbo Tuner is a plug-and-play solution that significantly enhances performance of the BMW twin turbo models, such as the 335i, 335xi, 535i, 535xi and now the new 135i BMW 1 series. Typical gains are a whopping 40 horsepower and 50 ft-lbs of torque (!!!). This is a night and day difference, and the improvement in acceleration is remarkable. This module plugs (and unplugs) into your BMW's wiring harness with no cutting or splicing. It can be installed (or uninstalled) in a matter of minutes, even by your average BMW owner. No special tools or expertise required, and full instructions and support are provided. Since this is a removable upgrade, you could remove this prior to selling the car to re-use on your future twin-Turbo BMW. There is simply no easier and less expensive way to make such drastic horsepower and torque gains on a BMW, period.

Turbo Tuner Dyno Results for 335i, 335xi, 135i, 535i, 535xiThe Turbo Tuner has now been installed in thousands of BMWs successfully, all with rave reviews. It does not cause any trouble codes or check engine lights. We have yet to hear of any detriment in long term engine reliability due to this boost enhancement module. It's circuitry features a soft limit circuit that avoids overboost which protects the engine from boost spikes and preserves drivability. We were THE first company in the USA to offer reliable dyno developed performance software for the 135, 335 and 535 - and it makes AMAZING POWER! +70hp and +80lb/ft of torque over stock! That's 330.7 hp to the wheels and 359 lb ft of torque, as measured at the rear wheels -- just imagine how much power that is at the crank! Can you say faster than a M3? There are no down sides of this modification, other than needing 91 or higher octane gas. We modify fuel and spark mapping, adjust the valvaetronic (throttle), and most importantly INCREASE THE BOOST to a safe, reliable amount.

This is the perfect upgrade for someone who wants a dramatic but safe boost in power -- especially in the low to mid-range. Check out the dyno sheet: with the Stage 1 TMS performance software your car will have MUCH more torque at ALL RPM, including down low (where you want it) for remarkably better torque. This is HUGE torque that is a NIGHT AND DAY difference. If you are in the Boston area, make an appointment to stop by for a road test. Our 335 with this software is simply "Nutty!", as others have put it. 91 or higher octane gasoline is required. Please keep in mind that with a "turbo car" it is "easy" to make horsepower by increasing boost BUT keeping your BMW reliable is the most important thing to Turner motorsport. Others may claim to make more power to make our software seem a little conservative, but we're confident this is the perfect compromise -- the most power made within the safe limits of your engine. Much better than the alternative. If for some reason your dealer "reflashes" your 335 with stock software after you purchase this from TMS, we will reflash your ECU with our software at no charge (except for shipping). The software re-flash is done through TMS. Your (ECU)computer will need to be removed and shipped to TMS. We can usually turn it around in one day, leaving your car only down a short time.

 M3 (E90 E92 E93) 		2008-2009 Add horsepower and torque to your E9x M3's 4.0 liter V8 instantly, by upgrading the Engine's computer software. This performance software optimizes ignition timing, fuel mixture and vanos to increase horsepower by 17hp as well as increasing torque by 16 lb/ft. We also remove the top speed limiter and, if you choose, we can increase the stock 8300 rpm rev limit by 300 rpm for a new rev limit of 8600 (choose your option below).

dyno chartOur Stage 2 software for the E90/E92 M3 makes use of the same features of our street legal Stage 1 software - altering ignition timing, fuel mixture tables, and VANOS operation with the added benefit of using a racing exhaust without the front catalytic converters. This software has specific changes for the cat-delete to turn the check engine light off and prevent the car from going into limp mode. An optional 8600 RPM rev limit is available (stock is 8300). The top speed limiter is removed. This product is for the software only and should be combined with our front cat-delete pipes (click here).
