 Borla Cat-Back Exhausts

 Description:  We have been selling Borla exhausts for BMWs for over 10 years and it is still our Number 1 choice for a cat-back exhaust. Borla designs their exhausts to be not too loud (you don't own a Camaro) and not too quiet (you don't want to drive a hearse either) but rather in the middle. If you're driving with the windows up and the radio on you probably won't hear the great sound. Borla also builds their exhausts from T-304 stainless steel (inside and outside). This means long life (a 1,000,000 mile warranty is part of the deal) and light weight. Comparisons between a stock E36 M3 muffler and the Borla revealed the Borla system is 26lbs lighter!

 335i 335xi (E90 E92) 		2007-- Remove the cats on your E90 E92 335i / 335xi without cutting or welding! These stainless steel pipes bolt to the flanges that are ahead of the second set of catalytic converters and re-use the original slip-fit connector from the stock secondary cats. Eliminating the catalytic converters means this piece is for OFF ROAD USE ONLY.

The cats are a huge area of restriction on these cars, so for a track-only car removing the catalytic converter is a must. These also work well when used in conjunction with the Borla cat-back exhaust. These off road track pipes will work on all 335i and 335xi, 2007, 2008, 2009 and newer.

Based on customer feedback, Borla has redesigned this exhaust to have an even better sound, giving it a slightly louder sound (yet still very tasteful for the street). We have this exhaust on our TMS 335i coupe, and love the perfect sporty tone. Borla nailed it this time! This Cat-Back system is a simple bolt-on.  100% stainless steel inside and out.  Twin round tips fill out the rear valence perfectly with no rubbing.  Not too loud, not too quiet.   Stock system weighed in at 45.5 LBS, the Borla weighs 33.5 LBS.  With our in-house Dynapack Chassis Dyno, we tested many different exhaust sytems currently on the market for the Cooper S.  The Borla came out on top!  Dyno results showed a peak gain of 6-7 HP power at 6250 RPM, but power increases from 3700 RPM to redline.

 Cooper S (MINI) 		2004-2005 100% stainless system for the MINI Cooper S 2004-2005 that bolts to the stock exhaust after the catalytic converter. Twin round tips fill out the rear valence perfectly with no rubbing. This is the Street system that is quieter than the Borla Race system. The Street system uses two large rear mufflers that are freer-flowing than the stock units. This produces a throaty exhaust note at lower RPM that fades as revs rise. It is more civilized than the Race system. The Street system saves about 10lbs from the stock exhaust. After extensive runs on our Dynapack dynomometer the Borla came out better than all others: a gain of 6-7 hp and a small torque increase. Power increases at lower rpm but starts to make significant gains starting at 3700 rpm. $899.00
