This Bilstein/H&R combo will lower your E30 M3 by 1.0" (front) and .75" (rear). This package includes 2 Bilstein Sport front inserts and 2 Bilstein Sport rear shocks and 4 H&R Sport springs. Add a set of Suspension Techniques swaybars for better cornering ability! We would describe this suspension as firm but not harsh with great handling for the street and occasional track use but without the stiffness of a racing suspension. This has been our most-popular suspension for many years and is a great upgrade for a car that gets used every day. Rear shock mounts are strongly recommended.
