We pride ourselves in being known as "the best in the business" when it comes to being your BMW parts supplier. We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us for exchange, refund or store credit. Below is our returns policy / procedure. We hope we can make this process as painless as possible. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.
- Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days, only store credits will be issued for parts returned after 30 days. After 60 days there are no returns accepted, even for store credit.
- There are absolutely no returns on Electrical or Special Order parts.
Our shipping & receiving department does not accept packages without return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package – make sure you insure and ship it to :
