All domestic orders are shipped via UPS unless weight or size is prohibitive, in which case motor freight will be used. Please note that motor freight charges are not given on the website and we will contact you with a final estimate. All shipments to military personnel are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS). Expedited and "Air" shipments are sent by UPS or Fed Ex. Only when specific instructions are given will the shipping mode be altered. A signature may be required for delivery, especially on "high value" orders. Orders received before noon for a product that is in stock are usually shipped the same day. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska are shipped via UPS or FedEx or via USPS on request. For orders placed on our web site, shipping charges are approximate. The actual shipping charges will appear on the invoice you receive with your order.
We strive to reduce shipping costs wherever possible, and do our best to safely and securely package your merchandise. The full international shipping charges may not appear on your online order. A Turner Motorsport representative will review the shipping charges on all international orders to verify the accuracy of all charges. All applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the Receiver and will be billed separately by the carrier and/or government agency, not by Turner Motorsport. All international shipments, including Canada, are assigned a Customs broker by the carrier. If you wish to use your own broker, contact the carrier with the tracking number. Rates and fees for brokerage will vary. Turner Motorsport is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier, broker, foreign government, and/or Customs agent. By placing an order with Turner Motorsport, you agree to pay any and all shipping charges, duties, tax, and/or brokerage fees. Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned completely. No refund will be available if the carrier abandons the shipment. If the parts are returned, the refund credit will be determined by Turner Motorsport.
Back Orders / Product Inventory
We strive to carry as many BMW products in our warehouse as possible. In certain instances, we may run out of stock on an item. If an item is not available for shipment at the time your order processes, we will inform you that business day. At that time you will have the option to keep your order open until the back ordered item is ready to ship, or you may cancel your order. We will not charge your credit card until your item(s) ship. Many times, if we do not have an item available to ship from our warehouse, we will ship directly from the product's manufacturer. This is commonly known as a "drop shipment" and expedites the delivery of your item.
