This clutch pedal bushing kit for the BWW G80 M3, G82 M4, G87 M2, and the MK5 Toyota Supra replaces all of the factory plastic bushings that wear out, warp, and are just an overall sloppy and poor design, with the highest quality CNC machined billet pieces. Clutch Masters' kit includes two stainless steel bushings that replace the factory plastic bushings for the clutch pedal pivot point as well as a stainless steel clutch pedal pin that replaces the factory plastic pin. Also included in the kit are two billet aluminum pins that replace the factory plastic pins that hold the clutch master cylinder in place. The Clutch Masters Factory Fit FX350 Series Twin Discs kit for the 2021+ BMW G80 M3 and G82 M4 with the amazing S58 engine and a 6-Speed manual transmission was developed to bridge the gap between replacing the comfortable driving twin disc that came in these cars from the factory and one of the more race orientated 725, 850 or 1000 Series twin disc kits. As OE auto manufactures continue to push for more and more power, they are typically equipping those cars lucky enough to be outfitted with a manual transmission with a twin disc clutch. But what happens when the factory clutch starts to wear out or slip because you've modified and tuned the car? Lots of owners of these higher end powerful cars still want to maintain a car that is easy to drive on the street, yet still be able reliably take the abuse they inevitably want to throw at it. Most aren't looking to go full race car and install a twin disc designed for such use, there has to be a compromise. The answer to these dilemmas is a Factory Fit FX Series Twin Disc Clutch Kits. Using components similar to what came in the car from the factory, the CM engineering team does everything they can to expand and improve upon the OE twin disc in many ways. Using higher end friction materials, lighter materials and expertise in developing performance clutch kits for over 45 years, CM has dialed in a twin disc kit that bridges the gap between full race car and luxury daily driver making serious horsepower. In the case of the BMW G8X twin disc, we have done away with the factory self-adjusting cover, a little over 10lbs of weight reduction in the entire assembly, and we have gone from an 8.5" disc to a 9.5" disc for significantly more disc surface area. The Clutch Masters FX Series Twin Disc kits utilize proven friction materials found in the FX Series Single Disc Clutch kits and are available in several different configurations to suit you and your cars needs. The Factory Fit FX350 Series Twin disc will come as a complete replacement kit utilizing a lightweight aluminum Type 3 hard anodized flywheel, steel floater, factory style stamped steel cover, two DLX clutch discs utilizing Fiber Tough friction material, throw out bearing, and clutch fork. This clutch is designed for the street enthusiast who also might spend a weekend at the track that and their car has multiple power upgrades. For years enthusiasts have had to compromise durability for longevity and drivability and vice versa, however with Fiber-Tough material we have closed the gap between these two tradeoffs with Fiber Tough material. The Forged ML-10RT is the answer for enthusiasts craving a wheel design that combines classic motorsport styling with modern monoblock forging technology. This wheel was initially developed in the shadows by one of our Senior Engineers exclusively for his BMW E46 M3 widebody race car, and after sharing photos of the prototypes on social media, we received an overwhelming amount of interest from the community to bring it to market. Just like our existing flagship motorsport designs, the ML-10RT was designed from the ground up by our team of in-house engineers and underwent the same extensive FEA analysis and third party testing. It’s made from the highest grade 10K ton forged 6061-T6 aluminum, and utilizes true motorsport blanks, which is a vital component in our ability to deliver vehicle-specific optimizations like maximum concavity, optimal spoke design and critical brake clearance. The end result is a perfect blend of weight savings, added stiffness and strength, all while staying true to the classic motorsport design language we all love. The ML-10RT also sports our reinforced Sprint Spec inner lip and a 1600lb (1650lb for Porsche applications) load rating, which is the same lip design and load ratings we use for our popular Forged Sprint Line.

APEX designed their very own blank profiles from scratch to give us total control over the final product. One of the most noticeable features of the SM-10RS is its use of side-milling on both sides of each spoke, creating an I-beam effect. Any excess material that doesn’t add strength is carved out using a precision CNC ball cutter. Side-milling is often deemed cost-prohibitive by others, but for true performance without compromise, we believe it's essential. The SM-10RS is not just another style to choose from. APEX used Finite Element Analysis of bending loads to optimize spoke geometry for greater stiffness without increasing weight. In fact, the SM-10RS is nearly identical in weight to the popular VS-5RS yet almost 10% stiffer, and 25% stiffer than the first generation of forged wheels.

As OE auto manufactures continue to push for more and more power, they are typically equipping those cars lucky enough to be outfitted with a manual transmission with a twin disc clutch. But what happens when the factory clutch starts to wear out or slip because you've modified and tuned the car? Lots of owners of these higher end powerful cars still want to maintain a car that is easy to drive on the street, yet still be able to reliably take the abuse they inevitably want to throw at it. Most aren't looking to go full race car and install a twin disc designed for such use, there has to be a compromise. The answer to these dilemmas is a Factory Fit FX Series Twin Disc Clutch Kits. Using components similar to what came in the car from the factory, the CM engineering team does everything they can to expand and improve upon the OE twin disc in many ways. Using higher end friction materials, lighter materials and expertise in developing performance clutch kits for over 45 years, CM has dialed in a twin disc kit that bridges the gap between full race car and luxury daily driver making serious horsepower. In the case of the BMW G8X twin disc, we have done away with the factory self-adjusting cover, a little over 10lbs of weight reduction in the entire assembly, and we have gone from an 8.5" clutch disc to a 9.5" disc for significantly more disc surface area. The Clutch Masters FX Series Twin Disc kits utilize proven friction materials found in the FX Series Single Disc Clutch kits and are available in several different configurations to suit you and your cars needs. The Factory Fit FX250 Series Twin disc will come as a complete replacement kit utilizing a lightweight aluminum Type 3 hard anodized flywheel, steel floater, factory style stamped steel cover, two DLX clutch discs utilizing a combination of Fiber Tough friction material on the side of the disc contacting the pressure plate, and steel backed organic friction material on the flywheel side of the disc, throw out bearing, and clutch fork. The Clutch Masters FX1000 is a 10.00” (254mm) Twin Disc clutch unit designed for high horsepower applications that performs well on the track and can even withstand heavy street use. The strap-driven plate design allows for smooth engagement and minimal clutch chatter while still being able to withstand hard launching, clutch kicking, and high RPM shifting. Designed for the enthusiast who pushes the limits of performance on their high powered vehicle and wants to maintain excellent pedal feel. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum and is then Type 3 hard anodized. Our billet covers have roughly 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. By focusing our ability on machining the strongest cover possible while maintaining minimal weight, we are basically able to eliminate any flex in the cover. Our billet covers see only .003" of flex where as a cast or stamped unit can see as much as .030" of flex. By eliminating this flex in the cover, the driver is able to operate the clutch much more consistently and confidently. All the movement being applied to the diaphragm of the clutch from the throw-out bearing is used solely to engage and disengage the clutch and isn't wasted by the cover flexing first. The strength of our covers also results in greater clamping force over the same amount of area vs. a cast or stamped cover. This means our twin discs are easy to drive and have superior clamping force to make sure all the power your engine is making is being utilized. Flywheels are made for each specific application in either aluminum or steel. Our aluminum flywheels are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to meet SFI spec 1.2 for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA and NASA. Aluminum flywheels are Type 3 hard coat anodized to ensure their durability and performance lasts. Each aluminum flywheel includes a replaceable insert. Steel flywheels are machined from 1045 billet cores and are then black oxide treated for rust prevention.
