E36 Euro Intake Snorkel This is the intake snorkel duct that mounts to the lower front of the air box assembly. It has an extra tube that goes to an opening in the left front brake duct to allow for additional cool air. Originally designed to fits E36 M3 3.0 Liter Euro but can be adapted to the US models by cutting a opening into the brake duct and sealing it.

E30 M3 Evo Airbox Kit A genuine BMW Motorsport part. Replace the restrictive lower section of your air box with this redesigned version. Draws air from the low pressure / low turbulent area behind the front bumper through a tuned intake horn into a larger air box. Retains stock air filter element. AFe SCORCHER GT Power Package - B58 340i/ix and 440i/ix

There's no secret to getting additional power from a turbo engine - turn up the boost! But it's easy to take things too far and become "boost drunk". If what you're after is a generous bump in power without worrying about reliability, compromises, or additional modifications the aFe Power Scorcher is perfect for you. We've tried the Scorcher in a number of different BMWs and can report back that it works flawlessly! This module is paired with the Momentum GT air intake system and restore kit to allow for as much airflow as possible.

The Scorcher is a plug-and-play tuning module that installs on the engine wiring harness and modifies the signals from the manifold pressure sensors. The new signals are then sent to the engine computer which increases boost based on the modified signal. The power gains are instantly noticeable and the module has been fully engineered to deliver a smooth and reliable power boost over all RPM. aFe developed this module upgrade on their in-house Mustang and Dynojet dynos. There are other products that give more power (for additional cost and complexity) but more boost also brings more complications. This is all of the power you need without additional drama and trickery. The Scorcher can be used on its own or combined with other aFe Power products for the total package. 

The install is very easy with no cutting or modification to existing components. Unplug the harness from your MAP sensors and plug it into the Scorcher module. Then plug the Scorcher harness into the MAP sensors. Mount the module wherever you wish (Velcro and zip ties included). A blue LED lets you know the module is plugged in correctly and functioning. You can also revert back to stock just as easily! The Scorcher is built with a 0.1% tolerance on critical components. Each connector is an OE type for the best and most secure fitment and they use high quality wiring with excellent heat and chemical resistance. The module box is aluminum with a hardcoat anodize finish. This is way beyond the other 'resistor in a box' products on the market. aFe warranties the complete unit for two years. 

This module features on-the-fly power adjustment using a single button controller that effortlessly adjusts from multiple modes of power control, including stock, sport, sport +, and race!

The included Momentum GT Intake features a one-piece housing with a clear window for hassle free filter inspection, a dyno-tuned intake tube designed to achieve maximum power gains, and 2 large performance air filters, Pro 5R and  Pro Dry S, that are 7.5" tall with an inverted top conical air filters and give you the choice to run an oiled or dry filter with your intake.

Turner IAT Relocation Harness

If you've ever noticed your car feeling a bit sluggish after a few laps around the track, some hard driving, or even sitting in traffic on a hot day you may have been a victim of power loss due to heat soak.  All vehicles will lose some degree of performance due to heat soak under the right operating conditions.  The engine management system is constantly monitoring operating conditions and modifying parameters based on sensor inputs.  The problem is that BMW integrated the intake air temp sensor in the MAF housing, and often the MAF is sandwiched behind a hot radiator and in some applications next to an even hotter valve cover.  This is fine for overall simplicity and cost of the original engine management system, but less than ideal for optimal performance.  The MAF housing absorbs the excess heat from its surroundings and can’t shed it fast enough, and the ECU reads a falsely high intake air temperature.  It then incorrectly adjusts operating parameters to compensate for the false hot air measurement (pulling timing and running a leaner fuel mixture), and torque output drops like a rock.

The fix?  Locate an intake air temp sensor in a location where it can more accurately measure incoming air temps and where it is less prone to heat soak.  By mounting a sensor further away from the heat source and divorcing it from the mass of the MAF housing, it can both resist the effects of heat soak longer and respond to temperature changes more quickly.  The end result?  You’ll experience reduced loss in torque and more consistent power output when you’re pushing your engine hard. 

The Turner engineering team was initially skeptical of the claimed performance benefits of this modification.  We set out to first validate the functionality and performance benefit of a temp sensor relocation. We set out to replicate stop-and-go traffic heat soak in a 2001 540i in a controlled environment - our dynamometer. Four runs were performed with the dyno's cooling fans turned off to simulate heat soak like being stuck in traffic or low speeds, then the fans were turned on for three more runs to observe the recovery rate once air flow was reintroduced. This was done in stock configuration and then repeated with our sensor relocation kit. 

Result? We recovered 11lb-ft torque at 2500rpm by relocating the temperature sensor! This is a difference that can be felt behind the wheel - owners of M5s can expect an even larger recovery. Here are the heat soak-related torque losses we experienced: 

Stock IAT location Torque loss:

Turner IAT Relocation Torque loss:
7rwtq at 2500rpm

Other “kits” on the market require you to cut and splice into your factory wiring harness. The Turner engineering team designed a complete plug and play kit that makes for quick, easy, and reversible installation. Original equipment weather-sealed connectors offer long term reliability, while sheathed wiring offers a clean appearance - you'll quickly forget it's under the hood. We found that different applications called for slightly different sensor positioning and cable routing, so our harness is nearly 3 feet long - long enough to provide flexibility in positioning, but not too long that you're left with unsightly excess wiring. We recommend positioning the sensor in a location away from engine heat, but still within the intake ducting (we found the far side of the airbox base to be a good home). Installation is as simple as drilling a small hole for the sensor and plugging in the harness.

135/335/535 Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Carbon Fiber Enclosed Dual Cone Intake

The ECS Kohlefaser Luft-Technik (Carbon Fiber Air Technology) intake for the 135/335/535 is a beautifully crafted dual-cone intake with a glossy carbon fiber enclosure.
