Hartge's front chin spoiler adds a lot of character to the 1-series' front end. The lines of this lip spoiler closely follow the stock M Aero package front spoiler and add definition and heft to BMW's smallest car. This add-on spoiler gives the 128i or 135i extra presence and makes it look unique. When installed, the spoiler becomes 1.5" closer to the pavement. This spoiler is made from high-quality PU-RIM urethane, just like the factory bumper and aero pieces. The urethane material means it is lighter than a fiberglass piece, less resistent to warping from heat, and has some flexability to keep from cracking during an impact. Installation adhesive is included.

Looking to add a custom center section to your E30 M3 exhaust? Or installing an S14 engine in another chassis? You're going to need a front flange to meet up to the flange on the header. BMW flanges are typically specific to the vehicle model and the E30 M3 flanges are not shared with any other model. This will leave you in a bind when putting together a custom exhaust. We have designed and built this flange from stainless steel and is a perfect matchup to the flange on the stock S14 header. This flange is designed to be welded to 2" piping in the center section. The OEM gasket rings can be used with it.

Replacement stock upper link (wishbone) #33326777980 for the E82 1-series and E9X 3-series. The wishbone helps to locate the rear suspension to the subframe and controls changes in the alignment as the suspension moves. As the rubber bushings wear, the alignment can change drastically, leading to a loose or floating handling feel. This is the stock replacement that fits either the Left or Right of the car. Maximizing brake efficiency by braking with all four wheels… Sounds obvious right? Many bolt-on caliper upgrades and other big brake kits are not built with the specific vehicle's dynamics in mind. With too much braking force on the front, rear traction is compromised. And vice-versa. Brake traction is better when all four tires are doing the work. Most BMWs have 50-50 weight distribution so the correct braking proportioning is crucial! StopTech engineers each kit around that vehicle's dynamics by altering the size and number of pistons in the caliper to match the rotor size used in the kit. Bigger is not always better…

Big brake kits have larger components than the factory brakes. Some wheel designs and sizes may not clear without wheel spacers. The 3.07 differential is an Original BMW part and used on the 330i ZHP Performance Package (manual transmission). This is a complete, fully-built differential that is a direct replacement swap for the stock 330i/ci 2.93 diff. On other models (323/325/328, Z4) you will need the 330's output shaft flanges (easy to install). You can find used output flanges online or we can sell you new flanges. The 3.07 gearing is 5% shorter than the stock 2.93 and will give a modest improvment in acceleration. Having the shorter ratio will put you in a better part of the RPM band for any given speed. This makes the car instantly quicker with more power and torque on tap. There's almost no downside aside from the higher revs will decrease fuel economy. Jumping from 2.93 to 3.07 is not a drastic change and was used by BMW to sell the ZHP package as a faster car than a standard 330i. For even better acceleration, try the 3.46 or 3.64 options in our custom differentials. The custom diffs will also give you a limited-slip option (this ZHP diff is still an open style).

This is an Original BMW part and carries the same BMW two year warranty as any other new BMW part. A core charge is required that can be refunded when your original diff is returned.

The P3Cars Vent Integrated Digital Interface (vidi) is the data display you've always wanted. It simply plugs in to the OBD communication port - no modifications or re-wiring needed at all! Pop out your stock air vent, run the data cables through the dash, reinstall the vent with the new display and you're done! The P3 gauge reads and interprets data available from the OBD port and displays it in realtime. Data that was previously only available with advanced factory diagnostic tools is now literally at your fingertips. On newer models BMW took away gauges and information displays and now you can get that information back! Use the data stream to evaluate your engine performance, acceleration and braking improvements from modifications, cooling system performance, battery condition, and more. Use the data to spot signs of trouble before it's too late. You can record and play back 15 seconds of data for analysis. It also works as a diagnostic trouble code display and has a clear function for resetting the codes. Auxiliary inputs also included so you can read actual boost on supercharged or turbo engines (t-connector and vacuum line included). This makes it the perfect companion to JB or other piggyback modules so you can display the actual boost instead of reading the incorrect value from the OBD port.

The whole kit is installed in the original left-side air vent housing. You can order it two ways - the basic display for a DIY install in your original vent (easy!) or pre-installed in a new OE BMW vent (easier!). Wit the cables and hardware tucked away behind the dash there is no trace of the P3 gauge's aftermarket installation. It's so well-integrated that it looks like a factory BMW part! It's color-matched to your existing gauges and has a dimmer feature. The entire kit is totally reversible. The P3 uses the car's existing OBD communication port, which is the same one used by dealerships, shops, and state inspection stations so just unplug the connector when access to the OBD port is required.

Analog Features. The P3 gauge is equipped with three analog inputs which allows you to add other sensors and more data. For instance, if you wanted to display Air/Fuel readings you can use an analog line to your AFR wideband sensor in the exhaust. Or fluid temps from the transmission, differential, etc. You can also read before/after intercooler temps or just about anything else you can imagine. The P3 gauge becomes your own custom dash just like a race car. Additional parts and gauge configuration will be required when using any analog inputs. The P3 wiring works with any analog 0-5V sensor which is the standard among universal sensors.

This H&R Sport Cup Kit is for drivers who want that extra edge from a stiffer suspension but without the expense and complexity of coil overs. The E90 Sport Cup Kit is a more aggressive version of the Touring kit. The ride height lowers the center of gravity and roll center even more and the springs are stiffer for more control over body motions and weight transfer. The Sport Cup Kit lowers the ride height as much as 2.1" in front and 1.7" in the back. The springs are still progressive rate so the ride stays compliant on small bumps but quickly gets stiffer. Overall, they are about 50% stiffer than the stock original springs. Lowering amount will be less if replacing the factory sport suspension. If you want a very precise and firm suspension, and ride quality is secondary, the Sport Cup Kit is superior to the Touring or any other shock/spring package we offer. This package fits with the stock strut and shock mounts but front camber plates are recommended because of the increased front negative camber.

The Bilstein Clubsport Coilover Suspension for F80 M3 and F82 M4 provides maximum performance and adjustability for drivers who run their cars on the track to the limit yet also want a "streetable" suspension. The Clubsport shocks feature independent adjustment of both rebound and compression forces via the two aluminium adjustment knobs. The front adjustments are made from under the front strut; the rear adjustments are made from the top of the shock. With 10 settings for both compression and rebound there are up to 100 unique suspension settings to fine tune your car for a bumpy track, a billiard smooth track or the drive home. 

The Bilstein Clubsport suspension is a TüV-certified, street-legal, high-end coilover package that is also designed for uncompromising use in racing, track days, and club racing. This is the same Bilstein Clubsport suspension technology used in racing series throughout Europe. The suspension combines the tried-and-tested BILSTEIN mono-tube shocks with the highest levels of engineering from the field of motorsport. The 2-way adjustment system, with integrated reservoir, offers a weight advantage for racing use compared to systems with external reservoirs. 

With 10 x 10 clicks, a wide range of handling characteristics can be created in just seconds, allowing for instant back-to-back set-up and testing. In combination with the adjustable motorsport uniball camber plates, it is possible to select the suitable setup for the respective track, weather conditions, vehicle weight, driver preferance, and tire characteristics. Rear monoball upper shock mounts are also included for a complete, bolt-in package.

A turbocharged BMW such as the 135i or 335i needs traction to put that power to the ground. The stock differential of both the 135i and 335i only put power to one wheel -- this just won't cut it! This unit will only work on 335i manual differentials with a bolt-in or modified ring gear. Proper setup and spacing is critical for long life operation. This coolant reservoir is for the non-M E46 3-series models from 1999-2006 (M3 takes a different expansion tank). We have found that the expansion tanks should be replaced based on age as well as condition. Expansion tanks seem to have a lifespan of less than six years before they show signs of fatigue and wear. Pre-emptively replacing the expansion tank as part of an overall maintenance plan can prevent you from getting stranded from a sudden failure later on. This is the most recent expansion tank design from Hella-Behr, the OEM supplier to BMW. It replaces the original BMW part number 17137787039.

Other items to consider replacing at the same time are the radiator cap, coolant level sensor, lower radiator hose, coolant temp sensor in the lower hose, and the hose clamps. If your car has an automatic transmission you should also replace the oil cooler thermostat in the radiator frame, which is a common source for leaks.

Turner Motorsport’s five years of endurance competition has taught us many things. One was that not all lug-nuts are made the same. While the standard nuts that we sell are great for daily drivers, HPDE events, and club racing, a beefier and more durable nut was needed for the 3-hour, 6-hour, and 24-hour professional endurance races. During the 24 Hours of Daytona, our crew guys made over 80 tire changes in NASCAR-style pitstops. That kind of abuse from air guns and fast work required the "next level" of lug-nut. These nuts are a high-grade steel with a zinc coating and they incorporate several innovative features.

The wheel-side of the nut has recessed threads so that the nut has to be square to engage the threads. Without the recess, it’s far too easy to start the threads with the nut being crooked.

The 19mm head of the nut is slightly rounded to help the socket find its position.

The zinc plating that we use is reasonably durable without being excessive. With too much coating, the chipped and worn coating fragments can end up in the threads, leading to all sorts of trouble. Anyone who has used nuts repeatedly knows that the coating is not going to last forever. The constant abuse from air guns will chip it all away. So why add weight and the potential for disaster with excess coating? We did away with most of the danger from that with a lighter coating that still resists the tough environment of the track.

    If you are installing wheel spacers you will need longer bolts to accommodate the extra width. BMW changed their wheel bolt specs around 2006 to use a larger diameter bolt with a rare thread pitch. These 14 x 1.50 mm gray spacer bolts are correct for the models listed below and have a 17mm head (same as stock). Watch out if you're buying spacers and bolts for these cars as some other retailers are still not up on the change...

    This is a compete cooling system overhaul kit, which includes all the common cooling system failure parts bundled into a complete package. This cooling system package is for the 2004-2005 E60 525i/530i with a manual transmission (M54 engine). The radiator is specific to manual transmission models.

    Much of the later E60 cooling system is strong and reliable compared to the previous generation 5-series models. But there is still the potential for serious cooling system and engine-related failures. Several of the primary cooling components are prone to failure within 80k miles (or less in many cases).     Yellow RS29: Racing An evolution of the RS19 endurance pad designed for more advanced drivers. This compound combines the outstanding wear rate of the RS19 with a slightly higher coefficient of friction and initial bite. RS29 also features improved hot fade resistance over the RS19. In addition to the endurance racing, this pad will also be found in GT and VLN classes and Touring Cars (including our own E46 World Challenge cars).

    Yellow RSL1: Racing The latest in the Yellow line takes all of the RS29 characteristics and adds a bit more aggressive behavior. Friction levels go up for more initial bite and better fade resistance. Modulation and release stays close to RS29 levels. Pad and rotor wear is a little more than on the previous Yellows but still within reasonable levels and the RSL1 is still considered an extended endurance pad. Its development stemming from GT classes at Le Mans and Nürburgring.

    We have received excellent feedback from customers using the Pagid RSL1 for F80 M3 and F82 M4 track pads. They have reported much more capable and stable braking and better wear than other track pads and especially stock pads.

    Since Pagid pads tend to "out-gas" we recommend using these pads with a new gas-slotted or cross-drilled rotor for the best performance. Pagid brake pads are not compatible with previously used rotors, especially if used with a carbon or Kevlar based race pad.

    F30/F32 Fitment Note: these pads fit the upgraded rear calipers only - a 2-piston Brembo caliper. These were used in the M Sport or M Performance upgrades. These will not work on the stock F30 single-piston caliper.

    This high quality BEHR brand expansion tank is used on M50, M52, S50 and S52 engines, and is a common failure item on all E36 3 series with 6 cylinder engines (325/328/323 and M3) 1992-1999, Z3 with 2.8 liter, MZ3 Roadster/Coupe (S52), and E39 528i from 1997-1998. BEHR was the original equipment supplier to BMW, so you know the BEHR made expansion tank will be the highest quality available. Be leary of competitors selling this part for less -- is it a BEHR? Probably not. We only carry the BEHR brand expansion tank as it is the only one we use in our own BMWs.

    If you are overhauling your coolant system, now is the time to consider preventative replacing this expansion tank. These are known to go bad, causing a leak which can leave you stranded. We have found that the expansion tanks should be replaced based on age as well as condition. Expansion tanks seem to have a lifespan of less than six years before they show signs of fatigue and wear. Pre-emptively replacing the expansion tank as part of an overall maintenance plan can prevent you from getting stranded from a sudden failure later on.

    Need a new coolant level sensor too? If your coolant level sender is bad, your on board computer will constantly display a "low coolant" message (unless your coolant is actually low...).     The F30 320i exhaust is similar in layout to the 328i but with smaller diameter piping. This prevents you from mixing and matching OEM and Supersprint exhaust pieces. However, if you use the full Supersprint 76mm exhaust system it will install on the 320's downpipe (which is shared with the 328i). You only have to choose whether or not you want to use a center resonator or not. The F30 Supersprint muffler will help the car wake up and give a little more volume and sound. It also deletes the stock system's exhaust flap valve so more of the engine noise is heard at all RPM and on startup.

    This intake kit replaces your restrictive factory air box. It features 1.6mm powder-coated steel heat shield, trim sealed to seal out hot engine air, and a custom aFe brand cotton filter. aFe has reported gains of 27hp and 34 lbs/ft of torque.

    This version uses aFe's highest flowing filter media, which uses a lightly oil gauze to filter out dirt and particulates, while allowing more air to flow to the intake. For the best flowing filter, with the best performance gain, we always recommend this standard aFe filter media (often called "Pro5R ", which has a blue pre-oiled filter media). We also carry this filter in the "ProDry" grey filter media, which is oil-free for only slightly less performance and no maintenance.

    By removing your stock intake air box, you are removing the most restrictive portion of your 335's intake system, increasing both horse power and torque, improving acceleration as well as throttle response.

    Performance software is a must-have upgrade on your E46 M3 and you won't find an easier and better software solution than the Shark Injector. Developed by BMW tuning expert Jim Conforti, this device plugs into the car's diagnostic port and flashes new performance files into your car's engine computer (ECU). There's no removal of the ECU and shipping, no cables, no laptop required - only a battery charger! Installation takes just a few minutes and your engine will perform like never before!

    The M3 performance software was developed on the dyno to create maximum power and torque using premium 91+ octane fuel and revising the torque limiters in the ECU. The software makes changes to the ECU's maps and algorithms for fuel injection, ignition timing, VANOS and camshaft movement, and transitional fueling. We modify the maps for part throttle and full throttle so you get better response and more torque at all RPM. Choose between a stock or raised rev limit. The top speed limiter is removed. By fine tuning these maps we've been able to improve the S54 engine beyond what BMW did by making more power and torque and a smoother-running engine.

    The Shark Injector plugs into the diagnostic port inside the E46 cabin. With the battery charger supplying power, press the Upgrade button and within minutes the ECU is reflashed with the new performance tune. No other software product on the market comes close to how easy it is to install. You can use the Restore button to re-install the stock BMW software at any time. Detailed instructions are included. Other tuners require you to remove the ECU and ship it to them or use a laptop to read and write a new file. The Shark Injector is ready to install right out of the box! A planned future upgrade will allow you to use the USB port to load different performance files.

    These extra-strength silicone pipes replace the plastic pipes coming from the turbos to the top-mount intercooler on the M3/M4. Since the stock pipes are plastic there is the potential for cracks and boost leaks which will surely spoil the fun. They are also not a consistent diameter through the whole pipe which will restrict flow. Vargas Turbo has identified the weak spots and come up with these 7-ply 2.0" silicone hoses. They are stronger and more durable and have much better flow than the original squashed pipes. And silicone will not contribute to heat soak in the engine bay. Three colors available - black, blue, or red. A matching silicone boot for the TMIC to the throttle valve is also available for symmetry.

    "Oil-Free" ProDry S Filter

    This intake kit replaces your restrictive factory air box. It features a 3-angle aluminum velocity stack adapter, 1.6mm powder-coated steel heat shield, trim sealed to seal out hot engine air, and a custom aFe brand cotton filter.

    This version has an oil-free filter media for less maintenance. For the best flowing filter, with the best performance gain, we always recommend the standard aFe "Pro5R " filter (which has a blue pre-oiled filter media), but this oil-free filter flows only slightly less than the blue Pro5R style aFe filter, and requires no re-oiling after cleaning the filter.

    By removing your stock intake air box, you are removing the most restrictive portion of your intake system, increasing both horse power and torque, improving acceleration as well as throttle response.

    For the maximum benefit in performance, we recommend upgrading your engine software with the Shark Injector (Click here for more info on the Shark Injector performance software.)

Having these on hand instead of chasing them down at the last minute will save you time, money, and frustration. H&R combines their progressive-rate springs with specially valved shocks and adds height adjusters that let you set the ride height to your own personal tastes.     Whether you track the car often or only use it for backroad carving the V3 will give you the tools to set up an ideal handling condition.     Coil over suspensions are better engineered suspension options compared to a standard shock + spring package. Since the springs and shocks in a coil over are designed by a team of engineers to work together, there is much better suspension travel and more precisely tuned specifications for spring and shock rates. Using separate shock and spring specs may result in premature coil bind or shock bottoming. And most coil over kits offer more features than the traditional packages. Coil overs are also more useful when larger wheels/tires are used because you can precisely set the ride heights to clear the new tires.

    This is a compete cooling system overhaul kit, which includes all the common cooling system failure parts bundled into a complete package. This cooling system package is for the 2008-2010 E60 528i/528xi models with a manual transmission (N52 engine). The radiator is specific to manual transmission models.

    Much of the later E60 cooling system is strong and reliable compared to the previous generation 5-series models. But there is still the potential for serious cooling system and engine-related failures. On the N52 engine the electric water pump is the weakest link. It will fail without much warning and shut down the engine. Preventative replacement is the best course of action and the water pump and thermostat should be done before they reach 60,000 miles. Several other cooling components are due for replacement by 100,000 miles to prevent other breakdowns. A failure in the cooling system can lead to overheating and catastrophic engine failure. Don't gamble your engine! By replacing these core items preventatively you are defusing what could be a ticking cooling system time bomb. And if you've had a failure of one of these parts, now is the time to refresh your entire cooling system. Our overhaul package is offered with an OEM Behr radiator, an Original BMW water pump, OEM Behr thermostat, expansion tank, cap, and new radiator hoses.

    Our base kit comes with the OEM Behr radiator, OEM Behr thermostat, Original BMW electric water pump with mounting screws, and the u-shaped hose between the pump and thermostat. From there you can add additional items to complete the overhaul.

    There are a lot of hoses on the N52 engine. Not all of them need to be replaced during an overhaul but it would be a good idea. The hoses themselves don't wear but the metal spring clips on the connector lose their tension over time and that can lead to a leak. It's worse when re-using a hose after it's already been disconnected. Since our package includes the thermostat, water pump, and radiator we offer all of the hoses related to those components. Use the diagram on the right to see where each is connected in the engine bay. Evaluate your current hoses and then decide which ones to replace. One note about the lower radiator hose: when ordering a new hose you must order a new temp sensor. Do not reuse the original temp sensor as it will leak on the new hose.

    The SPEC Stage 2+ clutch is a premium, no compromises heavy-duty clutch upgrade for the 2001-2003 E46 330i/ci (5-speed transmission). It goes beyond the standard Stage 1 upgrade with a higher-capacity clutch disc rated at 545ft-lbs! Where the stock clutch is well-known for premature wear when driven hard and the factory dual mass flywheel is a known failure point, the SPEC clutch delivers with an over-engineered, performance-oriented clutch solution.

    The stock 330 clutch was not designed for performance. It works fine for a daily driver street car with no mods but performance and longevity quickly drop off when adding more power or using the car for aggressive street, autocross, or track use. A lot of our customers also hate the self-adjusting clutch (SAC) mechanism and the clutch delay valve that makes clutch engagement inconsistent and unnatural feeling. It's no wonder that for the Grand-Am Cup touring car races the rules specified an E36 M3 clutch! If you're unhappy with the stock clutch feel or your future plans include additional upgrades that boost torque, then a heavy-duty clutch is what will be needed. On most clutch replacements we strongly advise getting a new flywheel at the same time to avoid duplicating the work. You can use the SPEC clutch with the stock or an aluminum flywheel. A machined steel flywheel is also an option as a middle ground. Both the SPEC steel and aluminum flywheels are lighter than stock and will be single-mass. There will be a lot more noise and 'gearbox chatter' with the aluminum but the tradeoff is a much better acceleration and quicker revving. The benefit on this system over the less expensive systems is that it is sealed to keep engine heat out while allowing maximum air flow and a built in sight window to allow easy inpection of the filter.. The molded plastic intake box smoothly directs increased air flow for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance. So effective is the design that Intake Air Temperature (IAT) at normal running speeds with this aFe intake system is 11 degrees cooler than the factory intake.     The P3Cars Vent Integrated Digital Interface (vidi) is the data display you've always wanted. It simply plugs in to the OBD communication port - no modifications or re-wiring needed at all! Pop out your stock air vent, run the data cables through the dash, reinstall the vent with the new display and you're done! The P3 gauge reads and interprets data available from the OBD port and displays it in realtime. Data that was previously only available with advanced factory diagnostic tools is now literally at your fingertips. On newer models BMW took away gauges and information displays and now you can get that information back! Use the data stream to evaluate your engine performance, acceleration and braking improvements from modifications, cooling system performance, battery condition, and more. Use the data to spot signs of trouble before it's too late. You can record and play back 15 seconds of data for analysis. It also works as a diagnostic trouble code display and has a clear function for resetting the codes. Auxiliary inputs also included so you can read actual boost on supercharged or turbo engines (t-connector and vacuum line included). This makes it the perfect companion to JB or other piggyback modules so you can display the actual boost instead of reading the incorrect value from the OBD port.

    The whole kit is installed in the original left-side air vent housing. You can order it two ways - the basic display for a DIY install in your original vent (easy!) or pre-installed in a new OE BMW vent (easier!). Wit the cables and hardware tucked away behind the dash there is no trace of the P3 gauge's aftermarket installation. It's so well-integrated that it looks like a factory BMW part! It's color-matched to your existing gauges and has a dimmer feature. The entire kit is totally reversible. The P3 uses the car's existing OBD communication port, which is the same one used by dealerships, shops, and state inspection stations so just unplug the connector when access to the OBD port is required.

    Analog Features. The P3 gauge is equipped with three analog inputs which allows you to add other sensors and more data. For instance, if you wanted to display Air/Fuel readings you can use an analog line to your AFR wideband sensor in the exhaust. Or fluid temps from the transmission, differential, etc. You can also read before/after intercooler temps or just about anything else you can imagine. The P3 gauge becomes your own custom dash just like a race car. Additional parts and gauge configuration will be required when using any analog inputs. The P3 wiring works with any analog 0-5V sensor which is the standard among universal sensors.

    Maximizing brake efficiency by braking with all four wheels… Sounds obvious right? Many bolt-on caliper upgrades and other big brake kits are not built with the specific vehicle's dynamics in mind. With too much braking force on the front, rear traction is compromised.     The Supersprint Crossover Pipe will delete the rear resonator ahead of the rear mufflers. By removing the resonator, you can get more volume and growl from your exhaust as well as decrease exhaust restriction for slightly better power and torque. Deleting resonators makes a small but noticeable increase in overall volume so it's recommended that this is done after changing or removing mufflers. This x-pipe fits in section 2 of the exhaust - after the factory secondary cat section and before the rear mufflers. It's a direct install with Supersprint mufflers but any other set of mufflers may require custom professional installation to achieve a perfect fit.

    Maximum Flow Pro5R Filter

    This intake kit replaces your restrictive factory air box. It features a 3-angle aluminum velocity stack adapter, 1.6mm powder-coated steel heat shield, trim sealed to seal out hot engine air, and a custom aFe brand cotton filter.

    This version uses aFe's highest flowing filter media, which uses a lightly oil gauze to filter out dirt and particulates, while allowing more air to flow to the intake. For the best flowing filter, with the best performance gain, we always recommend this standard aFe filter media (often called "Pro5R ", which has a blue pre-oiled filter media). We also carry this filter in the "ProDry" grey filter media, which is oil-free for only slightly less performance and no maintenance.

    By removing your stock intake air box, you are removing the most restrictive portion of your intake system, increasing both horse power and torque, improving acceleration as well as throttle response.

    TURNER Corsa Performance T-304 stainless exhaust system for 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 E39 M5 V8. Features mandrel-bent tubing, polished quad 3" tips, and drone-free quiet-cruising, thanks to patented Reflective Sound-Cancellation (RSC) technology.

    As well as the tuned sound and drone eliminating sound, the mufflers use a straight-thru flow design for maximum flow and the least amount of restriction. Decreasing the restrictive back-pressure results in more horsepower and torque, as well as the inspired sound this system creates for your E39 M5's V8 engine. The sound has been described as "Nurburgring meets Talladega". This is a cat-back slip-on system, which replaces the center resonator and rear muffler section of your E39 M5's exhaust. The factory exhaust clamps are recommended (add to your order from the menu below). Made 100% in the USA, this exhaust features a lifetime warranty.

    The RSC technology is a non-electrical noise control system without the complication of incorporating the use of electronics or speakers. Essentially, engine sound (pressure) waves are reflected in passages inside the muffler 180 degrees out of phase to cancel out unwanted sound waves. The result is a "tuned" muffler that "cleans up" the noise without eliminating the pure sound of power associated with a high-performance vehicle. Using the Corsa technology, the stainless steel mufflers are tuned to eliminate passenger cabin resonance and produce just the "right" sound. The result is quieter cruising with an awe-inspiring roar at full throttle. This system is amazingly quiet during normal cruising, due to the "no drone" RSC technology, yet still has an aggressive presence and full sound while under throttle.     H&R's 3mm wheel spacers are Made in Germany and are TUV approved. H&R manufacturers their spacers from a super lightweight aluminum/magnesium alloy for excellent strength and also to save unsprung weight. The spacers are drilled for additional lightness and easy fitment. They are then hard anodized for durability. These are not low quality universal spacers - the bolt pattern, hub sizing, and other dimensions are designed to be used on BMW models only. This spacer has a larger mounting surface specifically designed for the larger mounting pad of F30 wheels. 

    This spacer slips on the existing hub lip and leaves some lip left over for the wheel to rest on. This keeps the wheel hubcentric*.
    * - To avoid vibration, 3mm spacers work best with wheels that have a flush mounting surface. Wheels that have a bevel around the mounting surface will not be fully seated on the hub and a vibration may result. 

    Longer wheel bolts are strongly recommended. Choose from black or silver bolts from the options below. Wheel locks to work with this spacer size are also available.

    Everyone at the track will agree that stand alone ECUs give the most control and the best access for tuning. The obstacle with stand alones has traditionally been the cost and time. Bosch Motorsport and Turner Motorsport have teamed up to offer an affordable, plug-and-play, and fully tunable stand alone ECU system for the E46 M3. The Bosch Motorsport ECU opens the doors for unlimited tuning potential and instant power and reliability benefits over the stock BMW MSS54 ECU. The Bosch Motorsport plug-n-play ECU cuts through all of the hassle and additional work that normally comes with switching to a stand alone management system. It also leapfrogs the factory system in advanced tuning and reliability. This is a must-have system for owners of E46 M3 race and track cars. Pound for pound the factory ECU just doesn't stack up.

    The advantages of the Bosch Motorsport system are ENORMOUS:
    + immediate power and torque gains
    + all-in-one system with direct plug-in to existing wiring and dash cluster
    + full access and control over engine mapping
    + low cost compared to other engine management systems
    + no interference or limp modes like the factory ECU
    + base map file included (the Bosch ECU holds 3)

    The factory MSS54 ECU is a compromise on multiple levels. It's purpose is NOT to make large amounts of horsepower or allow access to its internal code for changes. There have been great breakthroughs in reverse engineering the stock ECU but the fact remains it was never intended to be a true race ECU. The factory ECU and oxygen sensors are there for controlling emissions and fuel economy. The emphasis is on control - it is in BMW's best interest to lock out changes to the ECU so that the car conforms to emissions and fuel economy standards. While mild tuning for the street is not a problem (such as with our Shark Injector software), the factory ECU will fight major changes every step of the way.

    Our partnership with Bosch Motorsport goes back a long time. When we switched from a full stand alone to the Bosch ECU on our E46 M3 racecars we instantly made more power. When we realized there was a need for a plug-and-play alternative to the stock E46 M3 ECU the Bosch MS4.0 ECU was the first to come to mind. Stand-alone race ECU systems are ideal for making large amounts of reliable power but until now they were too expensive and too complicated. A full stand lone system will cost tens of thousands of dollars and require hours of installation and fabrication work for the sensors, wiring harnesses, communications platforms, and more. Our Bosch Motorsport system gives you all of the control of a stand-alone but works with the existing wiring and sensors in the E46 M3, including the instrument cluster and dash! This is thanks to the special translator interface box that we developed and allows the Bosch ECU to communicate with the stock VAN0S, drive-by-wire, cooling and oil systems, ABS, and more. The Bosch ECU works with the more advanced Bosch LSU4.9 wideband oxygen sensors which replace the two stock pre-cat O2 sensors. We strongly recommend that you replace your spark plugs and ignition coils with the latest BMW part numbers before installing this system. You can be up and running with the complete Bosch system in about an hour! Yes, one hour! Plug in the ECU and translator box and swap the front O2 sensors and you're done. You can revert back to stock just as easily. To get reliable power means removing interference from emissions equipment or OBD oversight and eliminate the possibility of a race-ending limp mode or fault code. The Bosch ECU system eliminates layers of complexity to give you what you really want: power and control.

    Our Bosch ECU system comes pre-installed with a base engine map that closely matches your existing engine spec. We developed multiple tuning maps on our Dynapack chassis dyno using popular bolt-on S54 power upgrades: headers, intakes, cams, superchargers, etc. Straight away our base tune gained 24hp. With headers and cat delete, over 50! Our base supercharger file gained almost 50hp more than the tune that came with the kit! A 3.5L stroker engine gained over 30hp from the best file supplied by the engine builder! We provide you with a base map closely matched with your existing modifications. You then have the ability, if needed, to make adjustments to optimize the output using the Bosch PC software. Unlike the factory ECU there is no limit to the number of flashes you can make on the Bosch ECU.
