Whether you are tracking, racing, showing, or just going Forgeline has a beautiful forged alloy wheel to meet your needs. Forgeline Wheels has been in business for over twenty years with a solid reputation for quality and design. Forgeline produces 1-piece and 3-piece wheels that are built especially for you. Every wheel starts with your personal style and expression. The sizing, offset, colors, and finish come from you. Choose from standard colors or custom paint; brushed, matte, polished, or satin finishes; or just about any combination throughout, including factory paint matching. Turner Motorsport has been working with Forgeline since 1997 and share their commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and that perfect fit. We use Forgeline on our own street, race, and project cars. Contact us for any Forgeline or custom wheel needs.
Every wheel starts with CAD design and is finite element tested to ensure strength even under extreme conditions. Forgeline is also involved in motorsports at all levels to ensure their strength and performance lives up to expectations under actual conditions. Each wheel with a block of 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum that is CNC-milled to the style and specs of the customer's order. The wheels are then polished by hand and checked for any imperfections. The wheel is then finished in the customer's preference: powder coat, paint, chrome, polish, machined, or brushed. All finish work except chrome is done in-house at Forgeline to ensure the highest quality and results. On 3-piece wheels you can mix colors and finishes on the wheel center, inner, or outer lips to create a truly one-of-a-kind wheel. Finally, each wheel is checked for run-out to within .020" of true.
One-Piece Monoblock Wheels
The Forgeline One Piece Monoblock Wheel is a fully-forged design machined from one single piece of aluminum. This results in a very rigid and stout wheel. The GA1R design used on our E92 M3 racecars are built with a 2,100lb street-tire load rating (far beyond the typical street wheel). The design and manufacturing has produced a wheel that is as strong as most 3-piece race wheels. Additional machining in non-critical areas and Forgeline's innovative "I-beam" spoke design makes these wheels very light weight for a true forged design. Monoblock wheels are available in multiple styles and concave depths on 18", 19", and 20" diameters.
Three-Piece Modular Wheels
Forgeline produces two types of multi-piece wheel designs: Performance and Premier Series. With three-piece construction any part of the wheel can be disassembled and removed for repair or refinishing. An outer rim can be replaced if bent; a wheel center can be re-painted or re-coated to change the appearance. Multi-piece wheels offer you more flexibility than the one-piece monoblock designs.
The Performance Series wheels use a "stepped" outer lip design. This allows for a smaller wheel center for less weight and a narrower outer lip with a step between the lip and center (better for water dissipation). For these reasons the Performance wheels are typically used on European sports or race cars. These wheels are a 3-piece design with exposed or hidden stainless steel hardware. Forgeline Performance wheels are available in 17", 18", 19", 20", and 21" sizes.
Forgeline's Premier Series wheels are designed for maximum style and impact. With the wide lip and deep profile construction you will typically find these on the hottest show and project cars and trucks. As with every Forgeline wheel, the Premier designs are all made from 6061-T6 aluminum and stainless steel fasteners. Strength and performance were not sacrificed in the pursuit for show-stopping style. Premier wheels are available with traditional exposed hardware for a strong statement or hidden hardware for a cleaner look. You can build the Forgeline Premier wheels in diameters from 18"-22" and in almost any width, offset, and profile you can imagine.
Motorsport 1 and 3-Piece Wheels
While every Forgeline Wheel is built to a motorsports standard, the Competition Series wheels are built with the focus on racing and track use. Competition wheels are built in a limited number of styles in single and three-piece designs. They feature extensive machining work to achieve the lightest and strongest design possible while still maintaining exceptional levels of strength. Additional features like open lug areas, no center caps, extra caliper clearance, and even center lock conversions help reduce weight or complexity.
All Forgeline wheels are highly customizable, and can be setup to fit your exact needs. Many custom finishes are available on the wheel centers and outer lip, including (but not limited to): matte black powdercoat, gloss black powercoat, gun metal powder coat, platinum silver powder coat, platinum silver, black chrome, chrome, polished, brushed, transparent red, blue, white, gold, anodized black, anodized gold, and many more custom finishes. If you can dream it, Forgeline can build it. Browse the image gallery here for inspiration and please call or e-mail us for a quote on your dream wheels!
