Many BMWs, especially older models, feature pinch welds where the floor pan meets the rocker. These run from wheel-well-to-wheel-well and are an especially appealing jacking location with one shortfall - jacking on an unprotected pinch weld will frequently cause an unsightly bent and damaged weld.
