Turner Motorsport Return Policy


We pride ourselves in being known as "the best in the business" when it comes to being your BMW parts supplier. We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us for exchange, refund or store credit. Below is our returns policy / procedure. We hope we can make this process as painless as possible. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.

  • Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging..
  • We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days, only store credits will be issued for parts returned after 30 days.
  • There are absolutely no returns on Electrical or Special Order parts.


  • Contact us whenever there is a need for adjustment. Representatives are available during normal business hours toll free at 1-800-280-6966 (978-388-7769 outside the US and Canada.) We will issue you a return authorization number that needs to be marked on the outside and inside of the package being returned.

    Core Returns: On some products, the manufacturer offers a refund for your serviceable or rebuildable take-off part. The cost of your exchangeable part is built into the price of the new/replacement part, and once returned a credit is issued for this fee. This is known in the business as a core charge. Core charges and core returns allow the part manufacturer to more efficiently manufacture (or remanufacture) a part. It also gives you, the consumer, an incentive to return your worn out part for money back in your pocket. Common parts which often come with a core charge are starters, alternators, driveshafts, brake calipers, differentials, steering racks and pumps, and other similar parts.

    The following guidelines should be followed when sending back a core:
    • Cores must be sent back in the original manufacturers box (the box you received the new part in)
    • The core must be the same exact part as the new part you received
    • No credit will be given if the core received is damaged and/or comes back WITHOUT the manufacturers box
