E30 S54 swap AIRBOX made 100% in prepreg carbon fiber in our facilities in Spain under ISO 9001 Management Quality System rules by qualified staff. The BMW M3 E46 CSL it´s one of the most famous and mythical cars in the world, and part of the success is due to the carbon airbox. This intake generates what is probably one of the best noises of any sports car. For that reason, a lot of BMW E30 users want to get the same noise in their E30´s S54 Swap. As the E46 CSL Airbox does not fit correctly on the E30 chassis with the S54 Engine, we did some modifications on our Airbox to get a perfect fitment on these swaps. The S54 E30 Airbox comes without the front inner canalization that usually brings fresh air from the front bumper, also the box it´s modified on the rear, near the servo unit to prevent friction in that area. All our pieces are numbered, so their origin and authenticity are granted. Our racing fuel injection upgrade for the E30 M3 2.5 consists of four Evo III fuel injectors, Evo III Air flow meter and custom calibrated performance chip. This kit was originally designed for use on the TMS 2.5 liter engine conversion with: Stage 3 head, Schrick cams, Evo III header and straight non cat exhaust but has been a successful upgrade on other variations of this set up. The addition of these components adds the ability to supply more fuel that the 2.5 liter high performance motor demands. Choose from 7800 or 8200 rpm redline (For off road/race use only).

Each cap is CNC machined in the USA from a solid block of billet aluminum, engraved with the BMS logo, and anodized blue for protection. Check valve piston must be lightly lubricated if tank shows signs of vacuum. One drop of penetrating oil or motor oil in the top will keep the check valve operational. With CNC machined serviceable/cleanable nozzle inserts for precise fluid metering. Choose single or dual nozzles and match the flow rate to your power needs! Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) nozzles are determined by the intended power and how many bungs your charge pipe has. These nozzles are 1/8” NPT and screw in to bungs included on most aftermarket charge pipes. BMS "super atomizing" nozzles are designed and manufactured by BMS and are known for their great atomization and flow characteristics. The number on the methanol injection nozzle represents the approximate gallons per hour of fluid when at full flow. Generally speaking running two smaller nozzles is preferred to one larger nozzle for an equal flow to improve fluid atomization and distribution.
