This is part of the Supersprint cat-back exhaust on the E34 M5. It's a tuned center resonator to be used with their Performance muffler. Together these two pieces enhance the Motorsport-tuned engine sounds, accentuating the rasp and giving a deeper rumble at the same time. This is a direct fit to the stock front cat section or to the Supersprint front resonators.
