Sway bar bushings are located along the center of the bar. When they wear out, excess play is introduced which causes noise. Turner Motorsport carries OE BMW rubber bushings as well as high quality aftermarket for those looking to upgrade.
The Powerflex silicone grease is the only lubricant we suggest for long, squeak free operation. The lubricant contains silicone that resists heat and water and keeps a more constant viscosity to allow it to stay in the bushing as temperatures increase. The lubricant also does not lose it's lubrication properties over time like an anti-seize type lubricant. Each pack will lube 2 large bushings or 4 small.
