The Supersprint rear muffler fits to the stock center exhaust and produces a sportier, slightly more aggressive exhaust note than the stock exhaust. With the stock muffler, the engine noise is dampened a lot. But if you're an enthusiast who wants to accent the 7-series with more sport then this muffler is the perfect touch. The Supersprint muffler is all stainless steel and uses a much freer flowing design to make the exhaust louder and is tuned for a more exciting sound. It's not as big of a change on the Alpina model as that came with a sports muffler already. But there is still a modest sound change as well as torque and power improvements thanks to the less restrictive flow.
