The stock M57 charge pipe relies on a weak rubber bend that deteriorates over time under high heat and pressure. Worse yet, the original part features an outer wire reinforcement that is notorious for rubbing directly against the hose, wearing through the rubber, inevitably causing a boost leak. If you’ve turned up the boost on your diesel build, it’s not a matter of if the factory hose will fail, but when.
Thankfully, our team of dedicated BMW diesel enthusiasts has engineered a smarter, more durable fix. This replacement hose is constructed from high-grade fluorosilicone with multi-layer internal fiber reinforcement. By moving the reinforcement layers inside the hose wall, our design eliminates the external friction that destroys the rubber coupler while giving the hose the tensile strength needed to hold higher boost pressures effortlessly.
Installation requires cutting off the original, worn-out rubber hose section from your factory charge pipe assembly and clamping the new reinforced silicone hose in its place using the provided T-bolt clamps.
