BMW Lighting (Headlights, Tail Lights & Bulbs) for BMW E90 M3 S65 4.0L

Restore Reliability to Your E9x Headlights with ECS Tuning’s Premium Replacement Harness

Headlight electrical issues are a common headache for many E9x owners. Over time, the factory wiring inside Pre-LCI BMW E92 and E93 3 Series headlights—as well as all E9x M3 models equipped with factory Xenon adaptive lighting—tends to become brittle and crack. This well-known problem can lead to flickering lights, adaptive headlight malfunction warnings, or even internal shorts that cause costly damage. With genuine Xenon headlights becoming increasingly scarce, maintaining them has never been more important.

ECS Tuning offers a long-lasting solution with its Headlight Wiring Harness Repair Kit, engineered specifically to eliminate this failure point. Each harness is built from modern, heat-resistant materials and fitted with pre-terminated, OEM-style connectors for a clean, straightforward installation. The result is improved reliability and restored confidence in your lighting system.

Don’t wait until your lights fail or an adaptive headlight error appears. Replace your deteriorating factory harness with ECS Tuning’s upgraded repair kit and keep your lighting system performing as it should.

Over time, road grime, salt, and moisture take a toll on the factory rear leveling rod. The original equipment often corrodes, seizes, and eventually snaps—or worse, binds up and breaks your expensive headlight leveling sensor. With this issue in mind, ECS has engineered a heavy-duty, bulletproof solution designed to outlast the car it’s installed on.

Instead of brittle OE plastic that degrades and snaps over time, this rod is constructed from high-strength, flexible polyurethane. Paired with corrosion-resistant stainless steel ball studs, it guarantees smooth articulation and prevents the binding that destroys expensive sensors. Precision-manufactured for a perfect, bolt-on fit, this upgrade requires zero modifications to replace your fragile OEM unit.

This is a direct-fit replacement for Genuine BMW part number 37146752797, restoring proper suspension-to-sensor geometry so your headlights adjust perfectly to changing loads and road conditions.
