Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane differential bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Rear shock mounts are tasked with securing shocks while absorbing noise, vibration and harshness that would otherwise be associated with a solid mount. Factory rubber bushings are a compromise between a cushy ride and responsive handling.

Powerflex polyurethane rear shock mounts are firmer than OEM bushings, resulting in better handling, a more responsive rear-end, and more efficient suspension articulation - all with minimal sacrifice to ride quality.

As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. *NOTE: ONLY FOR CARS WITH TRUE REAR COIL OVER CONVERSION - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH STOCK REAR SPRINGS* Fall-Line Motorsports has taken everything they've learned in manufacturing over the last decade to create an ultra-high-end interpretation of the G8X / F8X M2 M3 M4 and E9X M3 lower camber arm. Fall-Line's bespoke version discards the deformation-prone stamped steel arm that includes a provision for the rear coil spring in favor of 5-axis CNC machined, billet aluminum that eliminates the rear coil mount. This pair has been gorgeously crafted and pocketed (to save weight without compromising rigidity) and is hard coat black anodized for ultimate resistance to wear. So too has the hardware been given an upgrade—10.9 grade corrosion-resistant extended bolts are included to replace the inferior factory pieces. These arms represent another exciting entry into the often neglected F8X / E9X suspension arm market and add valuable peace of mind for street or motorsport duty from the undisputed champion within the BMW realm. Product Details: For all G8X, F8X, and E9X M3 cars using TRUE Rear Coil Over Conversion ONLY DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machined, billet aluminum construction Hard coat black anodized Includes Camber Shim Set Sold in pairs

A byproduct of multi-link suspension arrangements is a dynamic change in the car’s alignment settings- when making an adjustment to one attribute like camber, track width and toe will follow. This is especially true for the E9x cars, as the original BMW camber eccentric bolt has an impact on toe as well. Alignments are made faster and simpler when using a set of aftermarket lower arms, enabling the alignment tech to easily reset toe after adjusting camber. The standard toe link kit by Fall Line Motorsports is designed to simplify toe changes at an alignment facility while still keeping cost reasonable. The standard toe link kit keeps costs down by using a traditional jam nut design in a sturdy billet arm. Adjustable threaded rod ends turn into and out of the arm for a wide range of toe adjustment, and enable an alignment technician to easily set toe on a lowered car.

Fall Line’s mono ball spherical bearing conversion kit transforms the front steering and suspension feel of the M3. The factory rubber bushing is very large, and is prone to substantial deflection under load, as the M3 is put through its paces. Deflection of the bushing can create unwanted geometry change, steering wobble under braking, and even hysteresis of the thrust arm. The bearing’s housing is precision machine from aluminum, to create a rigid part that allows for the M3’s thrust arm to move smoothly through its range of suspension travel. The improvement in steering and suspension feel is immediate and truly enhances the personality of the M3. *V2 improved design also incorporates hard coat clear anodized finish*

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Lowering your car is often the first step in suspension tuning, but occasionally, this process can adversely affect other associated components. Unwanted sway bar pre-load may be one of these consequential effects, adding asymmetrical spring rate bias to one side of the car versus the other. This imbalance may affect your overall chassis dynamics and corner balance. For this reason, adjustable sway bar end links are critical—by adjusting each link with the car at operating weight, you can ensure the sway bar is completely unloaded at your determined ride height, restoring your chassis' balance and your confidence in all driving situations. Unlike all other link kits on the market that utilize the cheaper and simpler jam-nuts, Fall-Line utilizes OE tie-rod end style pinch-nut fasteners to ensure they never lose their set length. NOTE: New V2 photos coming soon! V2 Key Features: Now includes OE tie-rod end style pinch-nut fastener rod ends Eliminates the typical jam-nut rod ends that are known to move over time Designed for superior corner balancing Ensures equal weight distribution on each tire Compatible with height adjustable dampers Eliminates uneven cross-weights Prevents sway bar-induced suspension stress Allows for precise customization through length variation Includes dust boots to protect against dust interference Made in USA Sold as a pair

When an E9X is lowered beyond the limits of just lowering springs, the rear wheels toe-in excessively. This excessive rear toe leads to premature wear, that many people attribute to an increase in negative camber. It has become a common belief that an extremely low vehicle will wear the tires wrong as a matter of consequence. It has become standard practice to go as low as you can and proceed to replace your tires every five to ten thousand miles. Whats more is that when the vehicle reaches a certain ride height, the factory arms become maxed out and there is no way to compensate and dial in the proper toe. You're left with an improperly aligned vehicle that is in effect worse off than it was with the stock suspension installed.

This is not only uneconomical but improper and unsafe. ECS Tuning is proud to offer a solution for this problem in the form of Rogue Engineering E9X adjustable rear toe arms. These arms allow for greater toe adjustment on vehicles that have been lowered with a coilover suspension. With the toe set properly the tires can contact the road properly this maximizes grip and minimizes wear.

Features:

  • 100% machined and anodized, 6061-T6 lightweight aluminum arms
  • High-strength, 3-piece, rod end (with carbon fiber reinforced, PTFE race) offers longer life for street compared to standard rod ends
  • SEALS-IT Rod end seals keep dirt, water, and other contaminants out
  • Rod ends feature grease fittings, to allow for rod end serviceability.
  • Lighter than stock!  (Stock is 875g, RE arms are 640g)
  • Extremely easy installation and adjustment (your alignment shop will LOVE you!)

The Stage 2 KMAC plates are a mixed street/track camber/caster plate meant to be used in a variety of suspensions. Since there is less bushing than on the Stage 1, more noise and vibration will reach the driver. The adjustment design is similar to the Stage 1 with a floating mount that sets camber and caster simultaneously. This design allows maximum range of adjustment since no other hardware interferes with the adjustments. These plates can work on both coil over and stock-stype suspensions. Bearing inserts and adapters included. The Stage 2 camber plates are shorter than a factory mount so may not be suitable for cars will little suspension travel. These are designed mainly for adding negative camber for improved handling and not for camber correction back to stock settings (see Stage 1 kit). Detailed instructions included.

Note: suspensions vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Turner Motorsport cannot be responsible for fitment issues caused by non-stock or specialized coil-over suspensions. As with any race-derived component, additonal fabrication may be required.

Nearly every car manufactured in the modern era carries a dark secret – fully-adjustable suspension has been all but eliminated in the name of cost-cutting and assembly-line efficiency. What this means for you is increased tire wear and more frequent replacement, as a “full alignment” consists only of rudimentary toe-angle adjustment. For over forty years, K-MAC has been hard at work developing a solution to this problem with patented innovations in camber/caster plates and bushing kits, allowing easy adjustment and a true “full four-wheel alignment” to be performed by any competent shop. These bushings make camber adjustments possible for the first time, and improve the ability to complete toe angle adjustments. When used in conjunction with the K-MAC Camber and Toe kit and Rear Adjustable Trailing Arms allows full adjustability of the 5 multi-link rear arms and positive location. Bolt-on installation – insertion/extraction tube included! Easily adjusted on the car with basic hand tools Unique failsafe locking hardware – set & forget! KMAC Stage 3 camber/caster plates are designed for track or race-only situations where comfort and noise are not the primary concerns. The Stage 3 camber plates use a pillowball bearing, solidly mounted within the camber plate for direct alignment of the strut shaft and no excess play or deflection. Stage 3 are designed to increase negative camber with their patented 'floating' adjustment that changes camber and caster together. This design allows maximum range of adjustment since no other hardware interferes with the adjustments. Fitment is limited to race-only small diameter coil-over springs (not stock-type). Bearing inserts and adapters included. Detailed instructions included.

The race toe link kit by Fall Line Motorsports is designed to facilitate rapid adjustments of toe during an alignment, and combined with the tension strut will also enable adjustment of overall track. Not only does this allow for fine tuning of wheel fitment, these arms will allow an alignment shop to make quick work of car setup, even simplifying the camber adjustment process as a result. The race toe links utilize a unique clamp-style fastener system as seen in BMW’s own tie rods and Porsche Motorsport components, tightening the adjustment arm in place with no stretch of the hardware or change of alignment. Less expensive jam-nut designs limit precision and nearly guarantee an alignment change when the jam-nut is tightened. Laser cut lockout washers correctly eliminate the original BMW adjustment, eliminating any unwanted movement in the system.

The lubricant contains silicone that resists heat and water and keeps a more constant viscosity to allow it to stay in the bushing as temperatures increase. The lubricant also does not lose it's lubrication properties over time like an anti-seize type lubricant. Each pack will lube 2 large bushings or 4 small.
