BC Racing has made a name for themselves in the automotive enthusiast communities by developing adjustable, street-and-track capable coilover kits for over a decade that are not only extremely effective, but also don't brake the bank! The BR Series coilover suspension kit features mounting points and brackets that are completely compatible with all stock mounting locations and components. It is their most popular and versatile suspension setup, offering linear springs (where possible), 30 levels of dampening adjustment, including simultaneous compression and rebound control, and a 2-inch average ride height drop. All BR Series kits are Dyno tested in order to determine the best valving and spring rates for each chassis and are tested for a minimum of 6 months before being released to the public to ensure ride quality and reliability. All upper shock and strut mounts are all constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum to ensure a lightweight and incredibly strong design. Front design options include: Caster/Camber Plates, Camber Plates, and Rubber Mount Plates. See below for the option fitted to your chassis's BR Series Kit. The adjustable plate designs typically allow for up to 3 degrees of camber adjustment. The Rubber Mount Plates are better for preventing unwanted NVH. Lower shock mounts are either made of 6061-T6 Aluminum, just like the top mounts (Fork or Bolt Eye Style Mount) that have been milled from a single piece of material, or high-quality STKM13C steel with all brackets welded robotically. Both styles are then powder coated for corrosion protection and styling. All springs used, linear, S-barrel, and v-barrel, are made of SAE9254 steel and utilize a Zinc coating under a powder coating finish to ensure rust cannot penetrate the metal of the spring and compromise performance or reliability. Liner springs are used in places possible, unless otherwise limited by the OE design of the vehicle which does not allow it. In that case, S-Barrel or V-Barrel springs are used to match OE shape/style specifications, and the spring's rate is then matched to the linear rate. BC Racing creates their kits utilizing a wide variety of shock types, lengths, and diameters. Each vehicle, depending on their data from R&D and accounting for the OEM suspension design, will utilize a different style of shock. Each shock is hand assembled in their factory and dyno tested before use in their kits. Shocks are paired together by their compression and rebound numbers after dyno testing for even and precise quality and performance. Each shock body used in their system is 53mm for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity (unless limited spacing will not allow). The shocks are then coated in black chrome for a clean, cohesive appearance and corrosion resistance.

BC Racing's new ZR Series Coilovers bring a 3-way adjustable track ready coilover system to racers from novice to pro for a price not seen before in the performance suspension market. Each ZR Series Coilover system offers independent low speed and high speed compression adjustment and separate rebound adjustment. They also offer full height adjustability independent of piston travel and spring preload. On cars with McPherson struts the ZR Series comes standard with an inverted monotube damper with the steel braided Teflon coated line exiting the top of the damper to the external reservoirs that can be remotely mounted in the engine bay or boot. The ZR Series kits offer 30 clicks of rebound adjustment, 15 clicks of low speed compression adjustment, and 12 clicks of high speed compression. Know your protected from the elements! These front adjustable camber/caster plates will replace your stock front upper strut bearing. The KMAC plates are a 'floating' design so camber and caster are adjusted together. This design allows maximum range of adjustment since no other hardware interferes with the adjustments. Since these replace your stock strut bearings they are designed to work with a stock-type spring only. And when installed correctly will not significantly alter ride height. Adjustment is easily done by loosening the three nuts on top of the tower and sliding the camber plate into the position you want, then re-tighten the nuts. These mounts can be installed two ways - for camber correction or swapped side-side for increasing negative camber. Detailed instructions included.

The rear damping adjuster on coilovers is usually hidden under a bunch of hard to reach interior panels requiring you to remove carpet, panels and sometimes even the rear seat back in order to adjust the dampening on your BC rear coilovers. The BC Racing rear extender adjuster allow you to make these adjustments without removing the rear interior. Rear adjustable camber and toe bushings for the E82/E9X non-M 3-series. These bushings allow you to adjust camber and toe beyond factory specs to either restore camber or add more. If you lowered your car and have too much camber these bushings can get you back to stock specs. On the flip side if you need more camber for the track or autocross, you can fine tune it with these too. These bushings press in and replace the existing rubber bushings. They are made from peformance urethane which will give more feedback and response to the driver. Sold as a set with a bushing extraction tool included.

KMAC Stage 3 camber/caster plates are designed for track or race-only situations where comfort and noise are not the primary concerns. The Stage 3 camber plates use a pillowball bearing, solidly mounted within the camber plate for direct alignment of the strut shaft and no excess play or deflection. Stage 3 are designed to increase negative camber with their patented 'floating' adjustment that changes camber and caster together. This design allows maximum range of adjustment since no other hardware interferes with the adjustments. Fitment is limited to race-only small diameter coil-over springs (not stock-type). Bearing inserts and adapters included. Detailed instructions included.

Note: suspensions vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Turner Motorsport cannot be responsible for fitment issues caused by non-stock or specialized coil-over suspensions. As with any race-derived component, additonal fabrication may be required.

The Stage 2 KMAC plates are a mixed street/track camber/caster plate meant to be used in a variety of suspensions. Since there is less bushing than on the Stage 1, more noise and vibration will reach the driver. The adjustment design is similar to the Stage 1 with a floating mount that sets camber and caster simultaneously. This design allows maximum range of adjustment since no other hardware interferes with the adjustments. These plates can work on both coil over and stock-stype suspensions. Bearing inserts and adapters included. The Stage 2 camber plates are shorter than a factory mount so may not be suitable for cars will little suspension travel. These are designed mainly for adding negative camber for improved handling and not for camber correction back to stock settings (see Stage 1 kit). Detailed instructions included.
