Fuel-It! BMW Fuel System Parts for BMW 6 Series F13 (2012+)

Are you running more E85 or making more power on pump gas than your HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump) can support?

Fuel-it has developed a port injection kit for your S55 that will provide you with the additional fueling capacity that you need to be able to run up to 100% E85 on stock or upgraded turbos.

What is port injection?

Port injection is a kit that is installed between your intake manifold and the cylinder head that runs off the low-pressure supply to provide you with more fueling than your stock system is capable of.  It's a relatively easy system to install and does not require any permanent modification to your car.

Port injection kits are offered in five different packages to meet your needs:

Base port injection kit: (included in Bronze, Silver or Platinum Kits)

• Fuel-It! custom black anodized spacer for the intake manifold
• Fuel-It! custom black anodized fuel rail
• Black anodized aluminum and stainless steel hardware
• Dual fuel supply port for those that are running inlets in the stock location (email us for info)
• Optional return port for those that will be running an upgraded fuel pressure regulator 
• Six of the following:
  • Flow matched Bosch injectors (52#)
  • Extended length steel bolts for mounting your new spacer 
  • BMW OEM gaskets

Bronze kit includes:

• Base port injection kit
• Basic fuel line connection kit
  • Two custom Fuel-It! fittings to maintain your stock fuel line connections at the HPFP and the feed line as it enters the engine bay
  • -6an (3/8") upgraded fuel lines
  • High flow custom Fuel-It! "Y" adapter
  • -6an fuel rail connection

Silver kit includes:

• Base port injection kit
• Basic fuel line connection kit​
• An upgraded fuel line that completely replaces the stock fuel line

Platinum kit includes:

• Base port injection kit
• Basic fuel line connection kit​
• An upgraded fuel line that completely replaces the stock fuel line​
• Integrated ethanol sensor​
• Bluetooth and JB4 compatible ethanol analyzer
  • JB4 integration compatible 0-5volt
  • Bluetooth (iPhone or Android app must be purchased to use this feature)

*Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated, your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.

This kit is designed to enhance performance by adding six supplemental low-pressure fuel injectors, capable of supporting 1000+ WHP on E85 and similar high-performance fuels.

Crafted with precision, the manifold spacers are CNC machined and anodized to ensure durability and prolonged service life. Each kit comes complete with all necessary installation hardware, a gasket set, and a plug-and-play fuel line adapter for seamless integration.

The Elite kit stands out with its sleek black anodized finish and includes an additional return port, an upgraded fuel line, and enhanced machining to accommodate a wider range of applications, including the BMW S55 engine.

A port injection controller is not included. This is required for a complete installation.
