The direct replacement upgrade eliminates the sound-deadening element of the factory pipe resulting in the natural voice of the intake/turbo to be noticeably restored. Beyond sound suppression, the OEM intake resonator also hinders flow with its disruptive multi-directional flow path. This obstructive factory component is instead replaced by 76mm diameter, durable, and lightweight smooth-bore aluminum piping that improves flow for increased turbo efficiency. The black powder-coated piping incorporates TIG welded fittings that guarantee seamless fitment with the factory connections in and a nearly concealed aesthetic within the engine bay. Whether or not you are running completely stock or with a variety of 3rd party modifications the Dinan assembly will fit right in. Short of the tempered, outlined, DINAN logo peeking out from just underneath the cowling you will be hard-pressed to even realize it's there - that is, until you hear it.
