The rear damping adjuster on coilovers is usually hidden under a bunch of hard to reach interior panels requiring you to remove carpet, panels and sometimes even the rear seat back in order to adjust the dampening on your BC rear coilovers. The BC Racing rear extender adjuster allow you to make these adjustments without removing the rear interior. Simple make two small holes in the interior above the adjuster and the extension can be passed through the interior panels. Now the adjustments can be performed from above.

This axle-back exhaust system is manufactured entirely from titanium. This makes this system ideal for cutting weight while being structurally stronger than the OE exhaust system. The engineers at Akrapovic have retained the dual mode exhaust flap control from the original system. This allows the vehicle to have a more civilized, but deeper than stock sound at low speed. However, at higher RPM (or when selecting the S mode on the gearshift) the muffler is bypassed, creating a deep and sporty sound much more in keeping with the personality of the car. The included exhaust pipe tips are made completely from titanium OR a carbon fiber/titanium composite to add a high-end, refined style. Performance has not been left out of the design. The system dramatically reduces backpressure and is an excellent starting point for further engine tuning or turbo modifications. Even when installed on an otherwise stock vehicle a gain of 7.3 horsepower and 17.4 Nm/12.8 lbs-ft of torque are achieved. Furthermore, a weight reduction of 3.0 kg/6.6 lbs. is realized. The OEM catalysts are retained, so no reflashing of the ECU is required and the check engine light will not be triggered. Titanium muffler with integrated exhaust valves Statistics: +7.3 HP (at 4400 rpm) +17.4 Nm/12.8 lbs-ft of torque (at 2350 rpm) 3 kg/6.6 lbs. lighter than stock Not for sale outside the US or Canada.

The DS series from BC racing offers increased control and feedback for those looking to achieve the best driving experience possible. Digressive Valving means the shock is firmer at low speed, while transitioning to a softer and more linear feel as (shaft) speed increases. This leads to a much more planted and controlled feeling in the chassis, increased feedback through the wheel, and a slight drop in passenger comfort. Swift Springs are available upon request with your choice of rates and matched or custom valving.

This kit features mounts and brackets that are fully compatible with all stock mounting points and components. The upper shock/strut mounts are all constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum for strength and weight savings. BC Racing design 1 of 3 types of upper mounts for each vehicle: Caster/Camber Plates (+/- 3* camber), Camber Plates (+/- 3* camber), and Rubber Mount Plates (NVH reduction). The included mount option for this kit is shown in the kit specs and features below. Lower shock mounts are powder coated for corrosion protection and constructed of either 6061-T6 aluminum that has been milled from a single piece (fork or bolt eye mount) or of STKM13C steel with all brackets welded robotically. The included springs come in one of 3 styles: linear, S-barrel, and V-barrel. Linear springs are used in most applications unless limited by the OE design that does not allow the use of linear springs. All spring options are made from SAE9254 steel and have a zinc coating applied under the powder coating for increased spring corrosion protection and long term reliability. All shock bodies used in the BR Series coilovers use a 53mm shock body (unless noted otherwise) for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity. All shocks are then powder coated black chrome for clean styling and corrosion protection. For vehicles with 5-Bolt mounts and EDC* (*Requires EDC Elimination kit. The latest addition to the BMW M series, the impressive M3/M4, delivers outstanding performance that can be further enhanced with the addition of an Akrapovič Slip-On exhaust system. Constructed from titanium, with specific components crafted in Akrapovič's own foundry, this system boasts larger pipes compared to the stock exhaust, resulting in reduced back pressure and increased power, especially at lower RPMs. Featuring a completely new design, it contributes to weight reduction and delivers added power while producing a sporty sound meticulously engineered to enhance lower frequencies for an immersive auditory experience. The heightened power and torque contribute to an enhanced driving experience, complemented by improved agility. To elevate the visual appeal, the Slip-On system offers the choice of titanium or carbon tailpipes and an eye-catching carbon rear diffuser. Vehicles equipped with Akrapovič exhaust systems benefit from significant performance enhancements and heightened responsiveness, experiencing substantial increases in power and torque across the entire RPM range. All Akrapovič exhaust systems undergo precise measurements using computer-controlled flowbenches.

The ER Series coilovers bring with them the high quality and unique features seen on the BR and RM type but have the additional benefit of external reservoirs and the ability to allow the end user to individually adjust and set compression and rebound damping rates. By separating the adjustment for damping compression and rebound the ER Series allows you to dial the vehicle in to your exact needs. When braking hard whilst approaching a corner you want the car to transfer weight to the front tires to maximize grip for the braking effort and also to allow you to trail brake into the corner without the car understeering. Ride height adjustment: Ride height is determined by the position of the coil over bottom mount. The mount can be wound up and down the damper body to give a full range of adjustment. Because ride height is determined by an adjustable bottom mount rather than spring platform you retain full damper travel regardless of the ride height run. Know your protected from the elements! The damper units are black chromed steel to give superb durability even through the darkest of European winters. The aluminium components (top mounts, locking collars etc) are anodised and the steel lower mounts go through an electrophoretic disposition process followed by powder coating. A random selection of steel components (brackets, dampers, screws etc) are put through a salt spray test once a month to check the quality of the protective processes and that anti corrosive properties are kept at the highest possible standard. The Sound Kit is a remote control for the valves on the Akrapovic muffler. While the muffler valves are also controlled like the factory valves in Comfort, Sport, and Sport+ modes, the Sound Kit will let you open or close the valves via handheld remote or even from your phone (iOS or Android app). The Sound Kit works with the existing wiring for the Akrapovic system so installation is a breeze.

The BC Racing HM Series Coilover System gets its great qualities from a combination of two previous BC Racing Coilover Systems - the RM Series and ER Series. The HM Series uses an inverted mono-tube damper, just like the RM Series, but adds the independent compression and rebound adjustment of the ER Series. Each HM Series Coilover System uses inverted mono-tube dampers front and rear on McPherson strut vehicles with steel braided lines leading from the top of the damper to the external reservoirs. The external reservoirs allow for a higher oil capacity with the added benefit of increased thermal dissipation, they also house the secondary damping piston. For Subarus and other McPherson suspension vehicles that are heavily tracked, the BC Racing HM Series Suspension System is definitely worth checking out!

The BC Racing RM Series Coilover System uses a mono-tube inverted damper in the front and rear of vehicles that use McPherson style OEM strut suspension. On vehicles that use front struts only, BC Racing provides an inverted front strut and then provides an upright BR Series damper for the rear. Inverted dampers are useful in decreasing unsprung weight by moving the greatest mass of the strut to the top where it connects to the sprung weight of the chassis, where weight can be more easily shaved. The BC Racing RM Series Coilover System uses a much larger inverted piston shaft that can handle higher lateral loads for longer periods of time without fatigue. These higher lateral loads are only prevalent on McPherson style strut suspension, not on Double A-Arm vehicles.
