The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

The carbon fiber construction allows for complex geometry providing an OE like fit. The flow is increased over stock, sporting a constant diameter throughout the chargepipes. The strength of OEM chargepipes is poor, rendering them prone to failure. The cross-directional carbon weave on the Eventuri pipes are over 2mm thick, providing a reliable strength even with increased boost levels or larger turbos altogether.
