The M2 M Performance exhaust is truly impressive! BMW has designed a performance exhaust system for the F87 M2 that makes the lithe M2 sound like a beast! The stainless M Performance exhaust replaces the stock system from the front pipe back and eliminates the center resonator. The sound transforms in Track Mode and is very aggressive and throaty. The rear muffler incorporates two bypass valves (one on each side) so you can choose between a street mode and open track mode. A Bluetooth remote is included to switch between modes (the standard Comfort-Sport-Sport+ settings will no longer control the exhaust valves). Professional installation is recommended as the exhaust flap controller must be connected to the stock wiring harness in the trunk.

Do you have or are you getting the M Performance exhaust for your F87 M2? This remote is designed for use with the F87 M Performance valved exhaust system. This will engage and disengage the valve that allows the exhaust gasses to bypass the muffler and exit directly out of the straight pipes.

The Dinan center pipe replaces the resonator in the M2 exhaust. By deleting resonators you can gain a little more volume from the exhaust. This is especially good if you're a fan of the stock exhaust sound and just want to hear more of it. And with less restriction there is a slight horsepower and torque gain as well! This pipe fits best with the Dinan Free Flow rear muffler but will fit on the stock exhaust too.

Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware.
