However, when the exhaust flap is opened the muffler is bypassed, creating a deep and sporty sound much more in keeping with the personality of the car.

Power gains come in at 5.3 hp (at 5300 RPM) and 8.4 Nm (at 5250 RPM) with just the exhaust alone, and a total weight savings of 32.7 lbs! That is a 42% overall reduced difference in weight from stock.
