Valve covers can crack or warp over time, leading to vacuum and oil leaks. This can cause check engine lights, a rough idle, and can make a mess, often covering the attached engine accessories in oil. If your valve cover has cracked or warped, we recommend replacing it with this aftermarket valve cover assembly. This replacement valve cover comes with new gaskets, BMW p/n 11129797205 and 11127617411, and new mounting hardware to attach the valve cover to the cylinder head.
