Cooling your brakes is essential for high endurance racing, or track days. Your brakes tend to fade after a 15 minute session on track, so Race German has developed a way to cool them. The E36 M3 has OEM ducting but does not fit up to common 3" brake duct hose. These E36 brake duct inlet adapters are CAD designed and 3D printed here in the USA. They perfectly fit around the OEM E36 inlet duct and convert to the 3" outlet you need. There are holes printed in the ducts to secure them with provided zip ties so they do not fall out. **3D printed parts can have minor imperfections.

This is AutoTecknic's newly developed dry carbon fiber competition brake air ducts for the F82 and F83 M4. Similar to the brake air ducts found on the factory GT4 race car, it's designed to mount directly onto the front bumper. Dry carbon fiber's name comes from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fiber is formed by using a "pre-preg" or impregnated piece of carbon materials. This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold, and then into a sealed autoclave to properly cure. This particular method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the “wet” method. The autoclave vacuuming process of making dry carbon means that there are fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets that form in the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced. Note: Modification is required to the bumper prior to installation.

When you perform a 24V engine swap in your E30, you will need to move the brake booster over 1/2" so the intake manifold will not interfere with the the brake booster. Race German's 24v brake booster template takes all the guess work out for you. This template lines up with the existing brake booster holes, and gives you the exact position to drill the new holes. This little template can save you time and headaches.
