Tired of oil leaks from your plastic OEM S65 spark plug tubes? So were we, so we did something about it! VTT Anodized billet 6061 Aluminum S65 spark plug tubes. We took the OEM tubes and redesigned them. Then machined them out of billet 6061, anodized them in black, and added a US-made Viton O-ring with more surface area to ensure a leak-free connection for the life of your S65 that will not break down over time. The 55 series of engines has notoriously had ignition problems with the factory coils, while aftermarket upgrades do exist, they can be bulky. The solution is the BMW B58 ignition coils which are extremely robust and can support well over 1000WHP with no issues. This means a plug-and-play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! We designed our own 6061-T6 Billet bracket in a plethora of colors including matching shades for every S55/N55 Valve Cover. This means you can mix and match the color of the bracket with coil color, with VC color to truly tailor your engine bay to look exactly how you want it to! The kit comes with the following: 3 – Billet Aluminum Coil Brackets in the color of choice 6 – Plug and play VTT wiring harnesses 6 – Custom VTT stalks to convert the B58 coils to the S55/N55 head (We ensure proper spring length inside the boot for optimal spring-to-plug contact) *NOTE: Flash setting changes may be required when installing the conversion kit to ensure the proper function of the B58 coils with S55/N55 DME. MSD Performance Coil Pack for MINI

Before ordering, check whether you need round or flat pin connectors for your MINI's coil pack. The type of pin is determined by the connectors that link the coil to the wiring harness. To check, slide the red locking tab to the right, press down on the tab, and pull the connector off the coil. Examine the pins to see if they are flat or round. Reattach the connector by pushing it back on until it clicks, then slide the red locking tab back to the locked position.

This high-performance coil pack is a popular upgrade among MINI owners looking to enhance their vehicle's performance over the stock coil. The installation requires removing the factory bolts from the old coil and modifying the MSD factory sleeves by drilling out 1/16" to fit the stock bolts.
