Here at Turner Motorsport, we've loved the E39 540i for a long time. Our engineering team gathered around one and thought, "how can we make this better?" Muffler deletes are among the most drastic improvements an enthusiast can make to his or her M62 powered vehicle. BMW V8s sound incredible without the factory muffler. We wanted to offer an extremely high quality, 304 stainless steel muffler delete that you could install yourself - so we did. Our Turner Muffler deletes are CAD designed in-house, ensuring that each unit has integrated hangers and is mandrel bent to precisely fit in the factory exhaust location. Additionally, we added a turn down if you aren't interested in aftermarket tips - however, there's a cut line to add tips as well.

As an added bonus, this Turner Motorsport muffler delete shaves off about 20lbs, weighing in at only 22lbs. OEM units out of a 325/328 weight in at 44lbs, and the 330 is 41lbs.

If you are bored of E53's factory exhaust and want to hear more of your German V8, Our E53 muffler deletes are the perfect solution! We developed a simple yet affective way to transform your exhaust without breaking the bank. Our E53 muffler delete system is a slip fit exhaust option that you can install in your own garage with just hand tools.

Over the years your factory muffler gets filled with deposits and turns almost rock solid (knock on them, they no longer sound hollow.) The build up of deposits add weight and can even reduce flow causing a restriction and build up of unwanted backpressure. You can now remove the large restrictive suitcase mufflers and a install light weight and free flowing exhaust that looks just as good as it sounds! To ensure the best driving experience the factory center resonator is left alone to ensure the least amount of drone while still getting that low rumble exhaust tone.

There are few exhaust options on the market for X5's and the ones available are expensive. With the muffler delete pipes, simply cut in front of the mufflers and get the heavy suitcases off your car. Your new muffler deletes feature dual 2.5" exhaust sections and come with the option of brushed aluminum or mirror chrome dual 3" tip exhausts that fit right at home in your factory rear valance.

These Supersprint performance mufflers enhance the athletic side of the M6's personality. With a freer-flowing design there is more of that exhaust pop and rumble coming to the cabin, reminding you that this is a BMW Motorsport vehicle and not a luxury cruiser. The sport mufflers are more subdued than the race version with a great sound and no dramatic side effects. You hear the exhaust when you want to but it's composed and smooth when you don't want to advertise. A moderate increase in torque and horsepower from less restriction is a nice bonus. These mufflers are clamped in place of the stock mufflers, making for a straight forward and simple install. The Supersprint 'Race' rear muffler system is one step beyond the standard Sport mufflers. Don't be fooled by the name - the 'Race' mufflers are designed for street use and the name only distinguishes it from the standard Sport system. With the stock system the sound is very subdued. With the 'Race' mufflers the sound is much more noticeable and more aggressive - a perfect sound to compliment the assertive nature of an M6.
