For this reason, we are no longer sending the top hat to international customers as this often causes confusion. Those customers will simply re-use their current top hat when installing their Stage 2 pump.

- All Stage 2 assemblies are stock buckets that have been rebuilt and may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt. They are all flow tested and verified before being shipped.

As these cars get older we're seeing more issues with the stock components and more demand for cost-conscious fueling solutions. The new Fuel-It 650HP line of fuel system upgrades are designed with those needs in mind while maintaining a budget. They make the most of the stock components to maintain stock reliability and drive-ability but when the boost gets cranked up, the Fuel-it 650HP components kick in to support the additional fueling needs of your high horsepower car. With the Fuel-It 650HP lineup, you can upgrade your components all at one time or upgrade them as time and budget allows. If upgrading one component at a time, we'd recommend starting with the LPFP first as that is the heart of your fuel system, without a good Low Pressure Fuel pump (LPFP) you can't supply the fuel needed to any of your other components. Your secondary pump can NOT run full time, it must only be run under boost only. Running it full time will place additional strain on the stock system, will lead to high fuel temps, and pump or component failure. To turn the secondary pump on under boost we recommend running the included 4psi Hobb's switch. Introducing the comprehensive N54/N55 Low-Pressure Fueling Solution! With Radium Engineering's Regulated Fuel Hanger Surge Tank at its core, this kit allows you to tailor your fuel pump setup, select an in-line fuel filter, and opt for a wiring kit for multiple LPFP configurations in your N54 or N55-powered E9X 335i. In this setup, the BMW fuel pump serves as a "lift" pump, maintaining fuel volume in the Fuel Hanger Surge Tank via a dedicated orifice. This guarantees sufficient pressure for the venturi jet pump(s) to operate, ensuring consistent fuel delivery. Excess fuel in the FHST cycles back to the OEM tank through a one-way check valve ensuring a steady fuel supply. Unlike conventional surge tanks, which rely on pump flow matching, this FHST employs additional mechanisms to continuously deliver fuel regardless of fluctuations in other fuel sources. When the main tank nears depletion, the lift pump and Fuel Pressure Regulator step in to supply fuel to the FHST. Furthermore, with a boost reference signal (Hobbs Switch), the Fuel Pressure Regulator operates at a 1:1 ratio, allowing fuel pressure to rise proportionally with boost pressure. The low-pressure fuel returning from the Fuel Pressure Regulator is routed back into the surge tank to maintain its fullness. Inside the canister, a 6-hole diverter ensures even fuel dispersion without air bubbles or foaming. The stainless electrical studs included effectively handle high current demands, surpassing the capabilities of compact bulkhead connectors. These resilient connections are sealed against all standard and exotic fuels, with non-conductive acorn nuts provided to prevent accidental short circuits. The kit also includes the necessary electrical hardware for one Walbro fuel pump and the OEM level sender, while the in-tank wiring is insulated with premium chemically resistant ETFE for enhanced durability. If you are planning on running more than one LPFP, you will need to select the Hobbs Switch option for boost reference (to be installed on the manifold or charge pipe), as well as the fuel pump wiring kit!
