Charge Pipes & Turbo Inlets

Elevate your MINI's performance with this single piece CNC mandrel bent intake pipe, designed as a seamless replacement for the stock plastic intake pipe and its restrictive resonator. Crafted at the Forge UK HQ in Gloucester, this high-flow intake pipe offers enhanced airflow and can be seamlessly integrated with the OEM air box or the full Forge intake system (FMINDF56). The intake pipe boasts CNC machined outlets, ensuring a hassle-free direct fit for any OEM plug-in components like the blow by heater and vacuum take off.

This alloy hard pipe fits to the throttle body and incorporates our high flow Blow off valve. This new valve fresh from our R&D department is the largest displacement valve that Forge have ever made ! Featuring a 50mm (2”) aluminium piston so that there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have not found the power handling limits of this valve yet ! The piston uses heat stabilised viton o-rings and high temperature Mobil 1 grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.

All parts are included in the kit, for your installation, along with comprehensive instructions.

VTT is proud to offer the very best Cold Side charge pipe solution for the BMW E Series N54 platform. This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipe rated at over 200 psi.  They are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat.  Another huge benefit is only TWO connections which are barbed and has many small ridges which dig into the silicone so it’s impossible for the pipe to blow off.

This N54 pipe has a flange installed to support a Turbosmart BOV.

This is the EASIEST N54 charge pipe on the market to install hands down. Install takes about half an hour even if you are inexperienced with working on your own car, can take as little as 15-20 minutes if you have had it apart a few times.

VTT Cold Side Silicone Charge pipe

2 VTT Branded CNC adapters to mount the map sensor, and a methanol bung

1 VTT Branded CNC adapters for the TB inlet

2 VTT branded T-Bolt Clamps

1 1/8 NPT port is included in the charge pipe for methanol
