Experience a significant reduction in clutch chatter with the new Dual Mass Flywheel. This system eases the effort required during gear changes, providing a smoother shifting experience. Should any wear be detected during a clutch replacement, these systems, typically unresurfaced, are recommended for replacement. The factory dual-mass flywheel in W11-powered MINI Coopers was designed with comfort in mind—minimizing drivetrain vibration and delivering smoother shifts. Weighing in at just 17 lbs., this flywheel sheds nearly 10 lbs. of rotating mass compared to the OEM unit—transforming throttle response, acceleration, and clutch feel for a more engaging and dynamic driving experience.

**This flywheel is to match with a factory type or aftermarket NON Dampened clutch kit!** MINIs factory set up engagement is dampened by the dual mass flywheel. This will be a little more aggressive engagement of the clutch over the stock factory set up as they system in not dampened!! Can be used from daily to the track days.
