The polyurethane also helps with preventing rear shock blowouts, a common problem for stock BMW rear mounts that are paired with stiffer than stock suspension. 

The bearing sleeve and poly bushing are built to work with all stock style shocks such as Bilstein and H&R coilover and suspension kits.
