The crankcase oil vent system on the N52/N54 is one of its weakest and cheaply designed systems. We see crankcase vent issues on even stock engines but with more boost the problems are exponential. This Vargas upgraded PCV valve, and an oil catch can, are what the N54 engine needs and may alleviate most of your oil and boost leak issues. The PCV valve is supposed to let oil either return to the oil pan or pass through the intake manifold and get burned up in the combustion chamber. However, BMW used a weak plastic vent valve that doesn't seal well when under boost. Instead of  closing and venting the oil out of the intake, it's forced through this valve and into the intake and coating your valves with oil residue and carbon. Most boost equals more oil forcing its way by. This upgraded N54 PCV valve uses higher grade materials, including aluminum, to provide a better seal and prevent oil from entering the intake. It's an easy install and a must-have item when considering any turbo work.

Vargas Turbo has released their very own BMW B58 vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the intake manifold fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8" NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose three configuration options: Fitting by itself Fitting with one 1/4" barb and one plug Fitting with two 1/4" barbs Once installed it tucks perfectly under your engine cover. These are perfect for running your PI switch off manifold pressure, which is much more accurate than the charge pipe, and they are also great for BOVs running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do.

This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipes rated at over 200 psi. They are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat. Another huge benefit is your vehicle goes from 4 connections to only TWO which are barbed and has many small ridges which dig into the silicone so it’s impossible for the pipe to blow off. This means no more blown charge pipe connections on the track or road leaving you stranded. There are other options on the market, but they only address the problem in half measures. Some offer silicone connectors that are attached to hard pipes and are notorious for blowing, but they do nothing to address the heat soak issue or the number of connections needed. This kit solves ALL of those problems and does so at a lower cost. Install is very easy and takes about an hour if you are inexperienced with working on your own car, can take as little as 30-45 minutes if you have had it apart a few times. Dimensions for the pipes are as follows: Hot Side Pipe: 64mm or 2.50' on the connection to the turbo outlet opening up immediately to 77mm or 3' and remaining a FULL 3' to the throttle body inlet. Note: These Pipes Will Fit All Aftermarket Manifolds We Have Tested, Some Require Slight Trimming Of The 3' End The kit includes: VTT Hot Side Silicone Charge pipe 2 VTT Branded CNC adapters to mount the map sensor, and Temp Probe 2 VTT Branded CNC adapters for the Turbocharger outlet, and TB inlet 2 VTT branded T-Bolt Clamps 2 1/8 NPT ports are included in the TB flange for methanol

Vargas Turbo Technologies proudly introduces the first complete intake system for the G90/G99 M5 that removes every factory airflow restriction from turbo to filter. While other intake kits only replace the upper portion of the system and leave the highly restrictive OEM turbo inlet pipes untouched, VTT addresses the real choke point, delivering a full solution, not a half measure. This fully engineered system replaces the entire factory tract with CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet adapters that bolt directly to the turbochargers, transitioning into reinforced 2.5” to 4” high-temperature silicone and finishing with dual VTT 4” dry-flow filters. The result is a true full-flow intake with zero factory bottlenecks, allowing the S68 to finally breathe the way it should.
