This is the updated high pressure fuel pump for BMW's with the N54 or N55 turbo engine. The high-pressure fuel pump is a known weak point on the N54 and N55 engines and can cause limp mode or even leave you stranded if it fails. This is the latest and most current version of the fuel pump offered. Common symptoms of a failing pump include rough idle, engine misfires, sudden loss of power, or failure to start. If your vehicle still has an earlier revision of the pump, especially if it's modified or will be in the future, this is a worthwhile upgrade for improved reliability. Included in the retail price is a refundable $130 core charge.

Introducing the Vader Solutions Fuel System Upgrade for S58 powered M2, M3, and M4's and G-Chassis B58 models. This uses the same design and engineering that went into developing our popular A90 Supra Fuel System Upgrade. This kit is the best solution in terms of fueling, no additional fuel lines required outside of the fuel tank. The stock G-Series fuel line is 3/8" already from the factory, no need to replace that and add a regulator. BMW from the factory uses an electronic dampener/regulator combo, so this eliminates the need for aftermarket FPR. Super smooth install once the pump is removed and wiring is a breeze. We also DO NOT use zip-ties like the competitors do. We made it easy for you guys no matter what setup you're running in terms of fuel pump activation. As these cars get older we're seeing more issues with the stock components and more demand for cost-conscious fueling solutions. The new Fuel-It 650HP line of fuel system upgrades are designed with those needs in mind while maintaining a budget. They make the most of the stock components to maintain stock reliability and drive-ability but when the boost gets cranked up, the Fuel-it 650HP components kick in to support the additional fueling needs of your high horsepower car. With the Fuel-It 650HP lineup, you can upgrade your components all at one time or upgrade them as time and budget allows. If upgrading one component at a time, we'd recommend starting with the LPFP first as that is the heart of your fuel system, without a good Low Pressure Fuel pump (LPFP) you can't supply the fuel needed to any of your other components. Your secondary pump can NOT run full time, it must only be run under boost only. Running it full time will place additional strain on the stock system, will lead to high fuel temps, and pump or component failure. To turn the secondary pump on under boost we recommend running the included 4psi Hobb's switch.
