Starting with the 2004 model year of the non-M E46 coupe and convertible models, BMW implemented what they call the "Life-cycle Impulse" (or LCI), which is a fancy name for a facelift. This set of Gloss Black grills is for the 2004, 2005 and 2006 model 325Ci and 330Ci which includes the 2 door coupe and convertibles. If your E46 2 door model is before 2004, these are not the grills you are looking for. These DO NOT fit the M3.
