Clutch hardware and bolts should never be re-used but replaced any time the system is serviced. Be sure to double-check that you have all of the required hardware before starting to ensure a straightforward and trouble-free job.
These aluminum bell housing bolts secure the transmission bell housing to the engine and must be removed to install a new clutch or flywheel. Being aluminum they stretch on installation and therefore cannot be re-used.

Sometimes these units can wear and develop a squeak when depressed. This transfers fluid to the output cylinder in order to engage and disengage the clutch. Replace yours and remove that squeaky piston.

This is a single-use bolt and should be replaced every time it’s removed. Don’t let a major repair come to a halt because you’re missing the proper hardware.
