The OE thrust plate is more than just a belly panel that covers your oil pan; it plays a crucial role in chassis rigidity, impact safety, and handling dynamics. BMW emphasizes that a vehicle should not be driven or moved without the thrust panel in place due to its importance.
Inspired by BMW's upgrade of the front bumper carrier on the E46 M3 from aluminum to Kevlar during their LCI update, we have made a similar enhancement to the thrust plate with our RKP Carbon Front Thrust Panel.

Made from aircraft grade aluminium, with stainless steels strut inserts and hardware for the ultimate in durability for street or track use. The built in reinforcement plate reduces the stress on the shock tower to reduce the chance of the shock towers tearing. With a maximum adjustment rang of -1.5 degrees camber per side, these plates will allow you to get your suspension right where you need it.

MINI R55 to R59 OMP Steel Front Strut Tower Brace is designed to enhance the performance and handling of the MINI Cooper by reducing body roll and torsion. Constructed from high-strength steel and painted red, this strut tower brace features an adjustable bar that mounts securely to the strut towers using the stock hardware. It is engineered to clear the stock air box, ensuring a seamless fit without interference. Please note that this brace will not fit the MINI Cooper JCW GP2 without modifications to the strut mount bolt holes.
